Highly recommend this service!! Unfortunately our vacation at the Grand Canyon was interrupted abruptly by a broken leg! That's another story tho. We were unable to drive back to Phoenix airport for the flight home so my travel insurance arranged our transport from Williams to PHX, a several hour drive. Bapy was totally professional, courteous and explained the whole process to us. He advised us who are driver would be, what vehicle he'd be driving, and when to expect him. Our driver Mike, showed up a little early and texted me to let us know he'd arrived. He was also very courteous, helpful and available to load our belongings. They were very reliable & pleasant. We had delay on train, and they were in waiting at station when we were 3 hours late!! We used them several times during the trip and made arrangements with one day notice. Our Amtrak train heading East scheduled to leave Flagstaff at 4:14AM. The staff was at our hotel at the time they said they would be and made sure all our luggage was in the train station before they left.

Bapy was so professional and went out of his way to help us out of a tricky situation. We had left our passports in Flagstaff and he collected them and drove them 4.5 hours to us in Las Vegas. He kept us informed at all stages via Whatsapp and arrived in really good time so that we could stop worrying about missing our flight back to the UK.
