    What to Expect
Meet your guide at the Sheraton Hotel prior to your morning start time. Learn about Alaska’s rich cultural heritage from your guide as you make your way to your first stop at Ship Creek, where you can watch salmon running upstream for much of the year.

Pass by important Anchorage landmarks like Earthquake Park and Lake Hood on your way to your next stop, Alaska Wild Berry Products. Watch a 20-foot tall (6 meter) chocolate waterfall tumble toward the ground before heading to one of the largest collections of Alaska Native art at the Alaska Native Medical Center where you can shop at the gift store to support local charity initiatives.

Next, continue to Alaska Sausage and Seafood, where you can sample northern delicacies like smoked salmon and reindeer sausage. They can pack it for traveling if you want to buy some to take home.

Then, continue to the ULU Factory, where you can watch traditional knives being made and learn how to use a ULU knife and cutting bowl. Finally, complete your tour at the Point Woronzof viewpoint, where you can see the city skyline, Cook Inlet, and the glacier-capped peak of Mt. Denali.

Return to your hotel or any other specified point in downtown Anchorage at the end of your tour.

Great tour of the area, great guide, great price. Lots of time to see the sights and the tour of the game reserve was the highlight.

I enjoyed this trip. I do recommend using Groupon for a better rate, would not pay full price for what you receive!

We were very pleasantly surprised with all that we heard and saw on this tour. BEN was great and personable. He kept us informed and made sure we understood all the sites we were looking at.

This tour sounded so fun but it ended up being so boring. We were taken to a few stores (so we can buy stuff), to a HOSPITAL with patients all around (to view art). The driver was terrible. He could care less about giving us a tour of Anchorage. The only good thing about the

Thank you for your review. Yes it was nice to see a moose. Not a mouse. We did look for other moose but not more than 15 minutes going down a road where moose are often spotted. We went to the ULU Factory, Earthquake Park, a scenic overlook to get a stunning picture of the skyline of Anchorage, Lake Hood to see the busiest float plane lake in the world, Alaska Wildberry to see the largest chocolate waterfall and then on to the Alaska Native Hospital to see the largest private collection of Native art. During the trip you learned about the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, the Indian Self-Determination Act, about a Senator who won a write in campaign which made history. You also learned about the pipeline and the gold rush. You also learned about the 1964 Earthquake. This was an action packed tour which I am so sorry you found boring. Most get off the tour and say it was educational. The tour was a three hour tour.
