Waiting on a reply of any kind regarding my refund!
I actually wrote a review for panoramic tour but we didnt do that or any tour at all! I booked on Oct 14th not knowing they had packed up for the year oct 13th! Thankfully on the tickets i had purchased they were dated April 2025, obviously we are back in N.Z and will not be partaking in that tour! The website allows a full refund upto 24 hrs and ive e-mailed them numerous times asking for a refund with a full 6 months expiry date! They have yet to correspond at all though they still send me tours to purchase!? I have sent them photos of receipts dates, wise acc from which i purchased and still to no avail! I'm hoping this review will get thier A into gear and fully reinstate the funds as they were for my 50th celebrations!

      Bi-lingual detracted from the experience
This daytime tour of Seattle could have easily been five stars. However, our particular vehicle was bilingual (English and Spanish). I estimate that at least 70% of the narrative was in Spanish, which I don't speak. Clearly, a lot of the narrative was not given its English translation. That said, the tour guide was otherwise excellent: informed and interesting.

Great Views from a Great Guide
Olivia was a great driver/guide. She used a blend of history, facts, and humor while maneuvering through Seattle Friday night traffic. This time of year it stays light so long there were no after-dark photos. But I got some great photos and I’m sure to use some in my annual calendar of travels

Very Disappointing. Ticket Sales Should Have Closed Due To Limited Buses
At 1:00pm, purchased tickets for the same day HopOn/HopOff. Boarded at Pike Place Market at 2:25pm and went about three stops to Seattle Center. We were told to get off the bus and get on another one. Bus #2 was so hot most people declined to stay on (enclosed bus, no air con, did not feel safe due to heat). Bus# 3 arrived 30 minutes later and we were told it was the last bus of the day. (Also no air con and limited seating downstairs. We had to sit in the open air up top). If we wanted to get off at any stop, no other bus would pick us up. Our one day passes lasted one hour and five minutes. Wasted money; if we had Hopped Off there was no bus to "Hop back On". Ticket sales should have closed or a warning should have been posted about the limitations. We got on once and got off once; that was all.

      Seattle sightseeing
We enjoyed hearing about the city and seeing all the sights. The open top bus had obstructions to viewing through the front window. Overall, a great experience

Very impressive scenic tour of the northern area of Seattle. Enjoyed every minute.
My husband and I throughly enjoyed the Scenic Seattle Tour which took us a bit north of the downtown area. I learned about this tour during a phone conversation with Tracy who was very personable and knowledgeable about all the choices offered. She was also a good listener and suggested the perfect tour for us to add to the regular HopOn HopOff 48 hour sightseeing bus. We didn’t have a car but wanted to see the areas north of city center, such as the Univ of Wash, Univ District, Ballard and the locks, Fremont and the troll etc. We liked both the stops where we could get off the bus and walk around for 15-20 mins as well as the narrated tour from the comfort of the bus. Our TOUR GUIDE WAS OLIVIA & she was EXCELLENT, knowledgeable, interesting, funny, and very willing to answer questions. It was a super tour and worth every penny.

      Not great
I usually do this type of tour in every big city I visit and it is usually amazing. This one not so much. The first bus we got in was great. The second one there was no voiceover. It started out with one but then stopped. When we asked the driver about it he gave a bogus excuse about the blue angels fly over messing up the connection. So we basically paid $50/pp for a bus ride.

Took the Hop on Hop off tour. We really enjoyed it and I would recommend! Got to see all of Seattle and the narratives helped understand what we were seeing! The drivers did a fabulous job!

      Do no book!
Don’t waste an evening on this tour. Was not as advertised, not the double decker bus, definitely not for kids! Extremely hot and uncomfortable bus, and windows you can only see a bit out of on your side only. So disappointed!! And no ok is answering from customer service to help rectify the experience!

      Save your money!!
After spending 54US dollars each for the Seattle Hop on/Hop off bus tour,we made our way to our closest stop. After waiting more than 30 minutes for a bus, I called the office. They said they had just been notified of having to detour around our stop. I highly doubt that. We walked to next stop, approximately 25 minutes and got a bus. They only had 3 buses working all day Saturday June 3 and with one waiting at the Space Needle for 20-30 minutes at a time you were waiting a long time at other stops. One time 2 buses came within 5 minutes of each other at the Library stop. This is unacceptable when only having 3 on whole route. The worst thing though is low branches on the street after leaving the Space Needle. Someone is going to lose an eye or get seriously hurt. All passengers were ducking for cover. Save your money, rent an electric bike or scooter and set your own schedule not this tourist cash grab. We’ve been on these buses all over the world and this was the worst. Paul from Canada.

      HOP ON HOP OFF SHUTTLE
We took the Hop On Hop Off shuttle. This is a great way to get around in the city and learn about the city along the way. We were there early in the season and the schedules were confusing as to when they would pick up and where. This service was fairly new to the city so they will no doubt work out the bugs.

      Not good
This was not great. The site says pickups are between 20-30 minutes. But once ON the bus, the driver said it was more like 45 mins or longer because of construction in the city. It was definitely longer. We got off at the Starbucks and stayed around 40 mins and headed back to the stop. Well, we waited there for an hour and 15 mins. Another family joined us after about 30 mins of our wait and said they also waited at the previous stop for over an hour. We wanted to get off at another stop, but stayed on the bus because we didn't want to wait for the bus again. The bus was old and the window screens used to keep out the sun needed replacing. We couldn't see out very well because they were very worn. We couldn't sit up top because my dad's knees don't allow him to do stairs very well. Also, the PA system wasn't working before we started the trip and we were delayed 20 mins to even begin the tour. I wish I could get a refund. Spent over $140 for this tour. Not worth it.

      Disappointed
We had an issue and the young man at the kiosk didn’t know how to handle it so he told us to send a email to,Info@citysightseeingseattle.com,and told us we would be contacted in 24 hours. It’s been over 48 hours and no response. I tried contacting the company through the website and I could not send the email. This trip is not worth the money. The buses stop running at 4:00 so you can’t spend much time in places if you want a ride back. If you sit on top beware of the branches. We had one fall and almost hit us in the head. The driver was not very friendly either. We have done these trips in the past but this one is terrible.

Very disappointing. We usually always use hop on hop off busses when we travel. This one was horrible. Only two buses operated all day for the whole route. Had to wait long time. Also there were many e scooters blocking the aisle which made if almost impossible to get on and off the bus. We ended up walking too many of the sites. Not worth the money we paid.

We had a full day to spend in Seattle after disembarking our cruise and catching our flight home. We selected the 3-hour tour and hop on/off combo and were really happy with the experience. The hop on/off is about an 80 minute loop that stops just about anywhere you'd want to visit. We grabbed coffee at Pike Place then caught the bus there. (Stat focused and be prepared to duck to avoid tree branches if you sit up top!)
We then took the 2:00 tour and it was better than we'd expected! Our guide was knowledgeable and some of the stops were unexpected and really fun. So much to see beyond what the hop on/off bus visits.

This tour covered a lot of things in Seattle that are a little further out and aren’t easy to access without catching buses or driving yourself.

Gas Works Park and Kerry Park were two things I had on my list to see but I was actually more impressed with the Ballard Locks after visiting.

Our driver Olivia was awesome! Her knowledge of Seattle history was delivered in an interesting and fun way. She even let me use one of her phone chargers as my phone was low on battery.

This was the worst tour I have ever been on. Buses were filthy, loud and very old. One was so loud you couldn’t hear the narrative.

An update to technology is needed. You should be able to know how long until the next bus is coming.

I booked in Oct 14th this yesr not knowing that the last day fornthe yesr was the 13th October!

Thankfully i have receipts of what i paid and when i paid for which is in April 2025! The website says you can cancel anytime up to 24-48hrs for a full refund and ive been trying since oct to get my refund back a good 6 months before partaking in a tour!

I have trued numerous times to contact them via e-mail to no avail even though they still send me e mails not regarding my enquires but to sell more products to purchase!

I have sent receipts, account numbers all to no avail! They have my wise account as thats how i puchased the tickets!

I really do hope they see this review and fully reinstate my funds as they are part of my 50th celebration funds!

We used the Hop On Hop Off Bus to see the city - and what a great way to do it! There's an ongoing narrative as you travel around so you can pick up on things you may not have noticed on your own. This was also a good way to get from our hotel to the Public Market - much cheaper than Uber or a cab!

We picked this trip because it seemed like it would hit some of the non-tourist spots in Seattle and give us a feel for the city. It did not disappoint. Out tour guide was very good and seemed like she was not just reading from a script. The bus driver added some comments here and there of more of a personal nature. Very good.
