After turning into the Honokohau Harbor you make your first right. Follow the road which veers to the left until it ends at a large parking lot. When you get to the parking lot drive to your left towards the boat ramp. You will meet your crew member by the pavilion next to the public restrooms.

Even though the metal boat didn't look inviting, the ride across the waters and mesh seats inside were very comfortable. If you sit in front, you'll get a great unobstructed view during the ride but you'll also be the last one to enter the water when dolphins are spotted so up

We started the day with snorkeling near Captain Cook Monument. The visibility was great and the fish plentiful. Truly some of the best snorkeling we have ever done. Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable and even spent extra time trying to find spinner dolphins for us.
