    Great tour with Michelle
My wife and I did the garden tour with Michelle. In addition to some history of the area, we sampled eggplant Napoleon, jumbalaya, sausage with red beans/rice, New Orleans-flavored empanadas, and, of course, beignets, spread over 3 restaurants with some local beer and cafe-au-lait. Michelle was an entertaining guide and gives good restaurant recommendations too. Tour is strongly recommended as a way to get away from the hectic French quarter for a day. Bring a healthy appetite and plan on doing a little shopping in the area afterward!

    Amazing experience!
I had a group of 10 friends on this tour with me, and everyone was enthralled with the history, food, neighborhood and detail Michelle shared with us. To keep the attention of our group was impressive in itself, but that everyone raved about the experience during and after is incredible. I have always loved New Orleans and it's history, but now have a newfound understanding of not only what makes it so special, but deep appreciation for why it is so very unique. The history we learned was fantastic, the places we visited beautiful and the food astounding. 100% would book Michelle again for another tour. Thanks Michelle!

A true local and amazing food
My wife and mother-in-law had a great tour. A true local that make sure they ate amazing food. Basically a 3 course meal with a cocktail and a coffee. Would highly recommend!

    History, food and fun!!!
This tour was the highlight of our stay in NOLA. Michelle was a great guide. Fun and knowledgeable about all things New Orleans. The food was amazing and the Garden District a delight. Would take this tour again in a heartbeat.

    So much fun!
Michelle was so amazing! She was knowledgeable, friendly and took us to great places. You can tell how much she loves her city. Don’t go with the big tour companies, use Bon Moment. A very personable experience. We loved it!

    Best tour ever
The best tour you could ask for. Michelle came highly recommended by other tour guides and I’m glad we jumped on the experience. Not only was she informative and friendly, she assisted our gluten free friend in food she could eat and enjoy. She put our needs first. She was super friendly and even lent us her umbrellas when it rained. Highly recommend to anyone visiting New Orleans looking to experience food, culture and history.

Frenchman Street night walk and jazz clubs
Our Guide Pandi told us a brief history of Frenchman Street and the local area. Went to 4 bars which were all playing Jazz, of differing types. My favourite was Cafe Negril and Favela Chic. Unsure what to expect as we booked online and not with cruise operator, but it was fine. Started about 6:45 and ended at 10am. The start was outside a club, facing the jazz museum, which was only about 3 stops from the shopping centre next to the cruise terminal. The shopping centre was closed so we walked around it back to the ship. Which added about 10 minutes. New Orleans, if you have good mobility can be walked quite easily. The main tourist area I estimate to be about the same size as Manchester Town centre. If went again would try bourbon Street. Jackson Square was beautiful. Only downside was waiting for 7 hours to be processed by US Customs, which meant we lost over 6 hours sight seeing time. Most tourist places can be walked to, providing mobility ok, as New Orleans is all flat. If you love music, it's a must !!

Great food and history tour in New Orleans!
We had a wonderful time on our tour. They accommodate large groups; we had a Bachelorette party of 23. The food stops were very good. We were able to sample a variety of local food and beverages; no one went away hungry. I would highly recommend.

    AMAZING
Michelle is an expert all things NOLA and she went out of her way to make sure that we had all our bases covered food wise. She has taste and it shows. Of the four food tours I’ve done in different cities, this one was by far the most interesting and enjoyable. I highly recommend scheduling this for the beginning of your trip so that you can squeeze as many recommendations out of Michelle as you can. The food was delicious but I’ll leave it at that so that you can be surprised. Thank you so much!

    Best tour we did!
Out of all the tours/paid activities we did in New Orleans, this one was by far the best. We got to walk around the Garden District and experience things outside the French Quarter. The places we stopped at were amazing and it was cool to support local. Our guide, Michelle was amazing an had a super cool, down to earth vibe. I cannot recommend this tour enough, you won't regret it!

    Tasty food, sprinkled with history
Our guide Michelle was fun, obviously knew a lot about NOLA history, and was enthusiastic about the local food. Only regret was that we had to leave the tour a bit early because we were meeting friends at another location.

Good experience but not if you are looking for a history tour
This tour is great if you are interested in trying a few new places to eat in the Garden District and walking around. It is very light on the history portion and more about experiencing the neighborhood. I do think that the description should include the fact that you do spend the majority of the time at sitting at a few eateries waiting for your food.

    No Hotdogs in NOLA
This trip is not worth $90 per person!!! I wouldn’t pay $5. The guide was late and everything was unprepared, we had to wait for everything in the heat as the 3 places we visited were not ready. For lunch we had hotdogs! We also had to wait a long time to be served and in several of occasions we had to get everything ourselves. No Hotdogs in New Orleans!!!

So good. 3 wonderful stops and enough great food that we were only hungry again at 9:00 pm that night. The guide was great and lives in the garden district so we got a real local flavor. I would definitely recommend.

Host was extremely accommodating and flexible, was able to make experience enjoyable and successful despite one of the destinations having a hiccup in service.

Thanks so much for being patient and rolling with the punches- the next day was back to normal at all the stops, so it's obvious the post-thanksgiving holiday is nuts! Anyhow, great to meet you and show you around!

The food was good but not enough for price. She would have us split things in fours. She would gobble our food if we didn’t finish fast enough. She dipped her food in my gravy which was disgusting. She was coughing a lot. No mask. She drove after drinking with us in car
