Overview
This Philadelphia hop-on hop-off bus tour allows you to visit all of the landmarks in the City of Brotherly Love at your own pace. Choose from a 1-, 2-, or 3-day pass, and hop off (and back on) to explore more independently whenever you like. The 27 stops include Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell, among other must-sees, and you’ll learn about highlights from onboard guide commentary.
What to Expect
Make your way to the central departure location, the Independence Visitor Center, for your hop-on hop-off bus tour. Alternatively, you can hop on at any of the 27 stops around the city with your voucher for your 1-, 2-, or 3-day pass in hand.

Find a seat in the closed cabin or the open-top level, which offers panoramic views of the passing sights. Listen to the commentary from your onboard guide, which details the long and important history of Philadelphia and its role in the formation of our nation.

Stops include the Liberty Bell, the U.S. Mint, City Hall, the Philadelphia Zoo, and the rocky steps at the Museum of Art. Stay on the bus for the entire loop, or disembark at any stop to explore further on your own.

The guides/narrators both on the bus and at major stops were tremendous: friendly, helpful and great history

I'd recommend this to anybody, particularly visitors who don't know their way around. Great way to get familiar with the city, learn its history and get to and from the main visitor sites.

Solid tour with my family (including 4 kids) in late December. We were impressed with the expert bus driving and navigation that took us to all of the essential spots for Philly. However, the tour guide (who was a bit of a young millennial type)...More

You can do a lot of the historical sites without the bus trip, as many are close together. But one day should be fine for most things. If you want to spend a lot of time at museums, a 2 day pass might be better. Decide what... More

Yes, riding on top of the bus would be the best choice for a 7 yr. old. BUT, we were there on July 4th and the temp was 99 degrees! We stayed down in the A\C lower level of the bus, although due to the heat wave more than... More
