Hal the Amazing
Nov. 2019
Hal was an amazing tour guide! He was personable, informative, and knowledgeable. This tour was well worth the money. It was great to skip the long line to visit the museum, and we even got to visit the memorial in the American Express building. I had never heard the story of the AMEX workers, and don't know if I would have if Hal hadn't been our guide! Don't miss this tour!

Alison made our visit the most memorable of our stay in New York.

As a retired Firefighter (UK) who visited Ground Zero within 18 months of the tragedy this was always going to be an emotional day. Our tour guide for the visit was Alison Rose who simply was fantastic!!!!!

We were a family group of 7 ranging from 9 to 70 years in age, Alison made us all feel welcome and was able to answer all our questions. She shared her knowledge of 911 in an outstanding manor, with some stories of tragedy, heroism and hope...

We all thank Alison for making this truly the most memorable of days whilst visiting the Big 🍏. Highly recommend this tour👏👏

Julia is an amazing tour guide! She truly made our tour! Reliving the day of 911 told through her eyes and story was captivating. The memorial was so well done complete with stories of survival and triumph. A must do!

The best 911 tour & guide ever
Mike Cohen (Mike’s group) was our tour guide and wow just wow, we couldn’t had asked for better. Mike was so informative about 911, and everyone remembers where they were on the fateful day. He spoke from the heart about his experience and the experiences of others that he personally knew.
It was the best 90 minutes walking tour I have paid for, and I would certainly recommend anyone visiting 911 to do this tour because you hear things that have not been in the press and that only those who were part of 911 knew. Once Mike has finished you then visit the museum and the OWO at your leisure, do not not miss this opportunity, it’s amazing. Thank you Mike

A truly emotional and heart-felt experience that is a “ must do “ for any visitor to New York
John provides a brilliant insight into what it felt like to experience that day , drawing upon his personal experiences which brings great authenticity to the “ experience “ from a visitor’s perspective .

His honest account of how it affected him personally made John the ideal person to do the tour with , and by the time you get to the memorial site , it draws upon everyone’s emotions and empathy for all those who lived through the experience , both the people that died on that fatal day and their families & friends that still live with that legacy

Awesome tour
Benoit was an amazing and enthusiastic tour guide who seemed very passionate about sharing the 9/11 information with us. I really appreciated his ability to convey the information in a meaningful way (even with pictures to accompany the tour!)

Nice tour with Rob!
It was very interesting to listen to how Rob lived his day on September 11th. Important to understand how it was for the people who live everything directly that day. It would have been interesting to visit also the St. Paul Church inside and not only outside.
