Great Tour and Guide!
Andrew was an excellent tour guide! The fountains and memorial are stunning. The museum was very emotional and well done. The whole tour is a wonderful way to remember and honor the people who were present that day. I left with a deeper understanding of what took place. We ended at One World Observatory. The views were stunning and helped us process the emotional day.

9/11 Memorial Tour
Oct. 2021 • Couples
Our tour guide was Andrew and he was so awesome! He really painted a great visual of what life was like before, during, and after September 11th. It got pretty emotional going to the memorial at the end. Andrew was also great at pretty much acting out what Captain Jonas and the other fire fighters had accomplished that day, along with the 3 survivors of stairwell B.

Thank you so much for this experience! It truly made our trip and will forever remember the experience. I was telling Andrew that I came to see the memorial in 2015 and love that it has expanded since.

We were very glad we took this tour with Brandon. The tour is really well planned, informative and emotional. We saw and understood a lot more of the memorial than we would of on our own.

Best tour guide ever
Jul. 2021 • Family
This was my 4th trip to NY (3rd time since 911) and I learned more than I expected! This trip was so well-thought out and the amount of information provided was a testament to the research that was done. What made the trip even better was our tour guide, Andrew L! He was polite, professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable! He is the best! A TRUE GEM!! My mother, daughter, and I had a private tour. We felt like he was part of the family by the end of the day! We would have loved to buy him lunch but he was off to China Town! Oh yeah! I almost forgot…he encouraged us to use the subway and provided us with perfect directions to Katz and back! He even helped us get our tickets and rode along with us for the first few stop!

Andrew did a remarkable job and went above and beyond! He was extremely knowledgeable; we all learned so much from him. It was our first time in NY City and he did everything and more to make sure we knew where to go and how to get there. I highly recommend this tour! We have two teenage boys and they thoroughly enjoyed learning from Andrew as well. Thank you Andrew for making our NY City experience wonderful!
