Can’t miss this!!
Nov. 2021 • Family
This was such a tasteful memorial. It really grasped all aspects of the tragedy and all aspects of all the people who came together as one to help in the situation during and after.

Moving experience
Nov. 2021
This was a haunting experience and really helped me to understand the events of that awful day. There is a queue to get in but it moves quite quickly, and as with every indoor venue in NY currently, you will need to show your COVID vaccination status. I was unaware that the museum is closed on Tues and Weds, as I don't think this is made very clear on the website, and other people also queued up to get into the museum on Tues with me proving this. There is a lot to see in the museum and I didn't have time to see it all, despite being there for 2-3 hours. The only downside was that as it was so crowded it took away from some of the solemnity so I didn't feel I was able to take it all in properly as I was squeezing round other people.

Painful memories, but well done museum
I had not read much about the museum before going in. The last time I was here it was just the fountains and the museum was near completion. It is challenging just standing on that ground thinking of those who are, quite literally, a part of the museum. The timeline historical walk through was amazing, but so hard to relive. The flight 93 tribute was particularly painful. That being said, the museum will serve its purpose in time as a place for history to live on. It was very well done, but very a very painful memory to walk through.

Rude staff
Extremely rude staff, would not recommend the go pass as unable to use and put us at a disadvantage to other customers! Staff(supervisors) need to work on their customer service skills

Tour Option
Nov. 2021 • Family
Had a one hour tour with Nicole. So glad we opted for this as Nicole was very well informed and easy to listen to and made our visit so much more worthwhile. I think we would have missed the significance of many exhibits if we hadn’t opted for the tour. The hour was just the right amount of time. Opportunity after the tour to visit additional exhibits at your own pace.

Very Sobering place, brought tears to my eyes especially when hearing the voices of the individuals leaving message on their love ones phone. If you can handle the sadness of it all then its a great place to visit to see the history of it all.

Emotional journey
Emotional journey through a historical day in our country and world. The sheer number of artifacts from ground zero is incredible and enlightening. Great storytelling with visual and audio history. A must see in NYC.

WE WILL NEVER FORGET
Oct. 2021
I finally got to see the 911 Memorial Museum and it was moving and the saying “we will never forget” stands strong. Very overwhelming and emotional!

There is a senior discount so be sure to ask. It will take you some time to see everything block at least three hours.

This is one tour you should not miss doing. Highly recommend!
