NYC to DC
Jan. 2020 • Couples
Would really recommend this trip! The length of the trip is a little longer than stated as it is a 4 hour trip from New york to the first stop. However, once at the first destination, the time goes so quick! Total trip was about 13 hours as we set off at 7am and arrived back at 9-15pm.
We got to see all of the destinations as stated and the tour guide was so informative and could answer questions. Our tour guide Eddie was really approachable and gave us all a detailed account of what we were doing and time scales. The main tourist places of Washington is seen in one day. Would deffo recommend!!

Dec. 2019 • Couples
The trip was amazing with so many sights visited. 3 guides on board to accommodate the different nationalities, and 2 drivers for safety. Our tour guide ‘Eddie’ was a walking encyclopaedia of American history but put it across.in a very interesting way that it wasn’t boring. It was quite a long day but well worth doing, glad we made the decision to go. Would definitely recommend!

Nov. 2019 • Couples
Took this day trip to Washington, so glad we did, it was a whistle stop tour to give you a taste of the place to entice you back and they succeeded,
It was a long day leaving New York at 7am and we didn’t get back until nearly 10 due to heavy traffic but we saw all of the main sights though probably only about half an hour at each one,
The day was made great by our guide Benjamin who was funny and informative and spoke several languages so no one on the tour felt left out of English wasn’t their first language, would throughly recommend this trip

Well organised tour
The tour was very well organized. Our tour guide, Z, was very helpful and knowledgable. The journey to DC was splendid and comfortable. I managed to visit all the iconic places stated in the itinerary including Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, Capitol Hill, Arlington National Cemetery and the museums. There was ample time to explore around and take photos. WiFi was available on the bus as well which is definitely a plus point for me. I would highly recommend others to go on this tour.

Pretty Cool Place
Jun. 2019
After spending a couple of days at New York, my family decided to go to DC. We didn't get a rental car at NY because the parking alone is $85.00/night! I was looking online and found a $15.00/person on Greyhound. I was on vacation and I'm not about to drive four hours going to DC, four hours going back to NYC. It was a pretty smooth ride but another time for Greyhound. The rain was on and off, very humid during the summer. First stop is The Capitol. A couple of picture here and there. Then went to the Space Museum. Everything in there is Free, unless you want to watch something on 3D (inside the museum). Then walk to The White House, off to Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, then back to Washington Union Station. Walk, walk, walk all day. If you're on a budget, I suggest you walk and if not, then take a ride share!

Excellent Tour
Sep. 2019 • Couples
This is a 4 hour trip to Washington DC and if you don’t have an excellent tour guide, it will be boring as hell. Fortunately, we had Marcus as our tour guide. He is funny and knowledgeable of all the sites we visited. You can see that he loves his job and likes to entertain. We would definitely recommended this tour but suggest to call their customer support line and see if you can request Marcus as your guide. You won’t be disappointed!

I booked the one day trip to Washington with TOUR AMERICA and it was a wonderful experience. If your choice is to do it in Spanish or/and English, one of the guides is Pablo Torterolo, a great professional.

Worth it
Aug. 2019
It was worth the trip. Some things to note: Sit on the passenger side of the bus for the best views of most sites. There are no electrical outlets so bring a battery charger or something for your devices. 8+ hours of a bus ride and the rest is picture taking.
