WHAT IS RELAXERCISE?
Relaxercise is a unique concept where we combine stress management theory with great mind-body techniques to reduce stress.
A few important tools to fight stress is getting enough exercise and relaxation, therefore the name Relaxercise!
The first part of the workshop is related to stress management in theory. You will learn what the symptoms and signals of stress are, the effects of chronic stress, your personal tolerance level and stress responses, how to reduce stress and much more.
The sencond part of the workshop is active with exercises like Pilates, yoga, Tai Chi, and stretching. We also practise progressive muscle relaxation and breathing, visualization and meditation techniques.
This concept is great for each individual from every walk of life, but also for the corporate world, where we see nowadays a high percentage of work-related stress that results in burn outs, sick leave and work conflicts. It is very beneficial for the companies productivity to care for the employees health.

This workshop can be held outside if the weather permits it and/or at your private location.
The Relaxercise workshop includes:
• 1 hr of theory and coaching related to stress management
• 1 hr of physical and relaxation exercises (no experience required)
• PDF document and/or personal web log in with all the course material
