Without a doubt, you want to book Teton Excursions!!! It was our first time out to the Grand Tetons and we did the all-day Grand Teton tour with Chris, who was super knowledgeable and fantastic! Months and days leading up to our tour, both Emily and Aaron took time to answer all of our questions. Never rushed us and never made us feel any of our questions were ridiculous. Chris was our guide and driver. He was super patient, never rushed us, took lots of family photos for us, and constantly offered snacks and drinks… basically he just took great care of us! Teton Excursions is a super accommodating family-run business. Chris really knew where to go and how to see things to avoid crowds and get the best viewing perspective. His knowledge of the area is encyclopedic and he is a great story teller! Our 8 hours with him went by in a moment. We are sooo glad we did Grand Tetons the right way through Teton Excursions!

Okay, from start to finish, this company was ON point. Aaron and Emily are pro's at knowledge and corrspomnence. I never had a question "sit' for more than an hour. Chris, our guide was amazing. He was fun, interesitng and full of stories and facts. He made our first time in Yellowstone special. If you only have a day or even a few in this past of the US, go with Teton Excursions. Oh and the lunch? YUMMO!!! Nailed it, folks.

We had the most amazing experience in the Tetons and Yellowstone under Aaron's expert guidance. He thought of everything and made our 3 day tour the trip of a lifetime. I feel like we saw and did more each day than we would have been able to do on our own in 3 days, and every stop (planned on the map, or unplanned from wildlife excitement somewhere on the side of the road) was imbued with extra meaning and extra fun. My girls (11 and 7 years old) loved him, and he was fantastic at engaging them at just the right level. They stayed engaged and excited the entire trip! Everything was easy for us because of his attention to detail and careful planning, and there was never a dull moment. I treasure great family photos as well as doing my own photography, and Aaron both served as skilled photographer and site guide in that department as well. Oh, and we rocked out! I recommend Teton Excursions to anyone interested in touring Yellowstone, the Tetons, or anywhere else Aaron and his team will go. :)

Our experience with Teton Excursions was fantastic!! From my first phone call with Aaron to our amazing day in Grand Teton NP with Chris, (not to mention the luck of the weather and cooperation of the wildlife!) we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. Aaron (the owner) was so helpful with every aspect of our time in Jackson -- the tour, of course, but also suggestions for things to do with our free time, packing, places to eat and answers to all my seemingly endless questions. Our tour with Chris was fantastic. His knowledge and experience as a guide were top notch. We saw great wildlife, learned so much about the history of the Tetons and got to really appreciate so much of its beauty and majesty. The included picnic lunch was delicious, and we got to enjoy it in a great spot with perfect views. And I have to mention, Chris truly went above and beyond for us. He recognized immediately that members of our group were suffering from altitude "sickness". Then when out of his way to help us get the needed remedy (oxygen). Can't thank you enough, Chris!! If I could, I would give Teton Excursions far more than 5 stars!

Aaron gave us a fabulous tour. He ensured we saw so many of the varied sites within Yellowstone. The picnic lunch and snacks were lovely. He took excellent pictures and shared them with us at the end and even found the moose, the only big animal we hadn’t seen. It was particularly nice that he could take pictures through his scope so we have excellent close up shots. A small thing, but always having running water bathrooms was great.

Our 2 day tour was beyond our expectations. Chris,our guide was informative, knowledgeable and passionate. He made a great effort to find the best spots to view a whole range of animals and sights. We could have not hoped for more. Sue and Alan Australia

Where do we begin?! We had an an amazing 2 days with Aaron! From the time I called we experienced personnel and exceptional 1st class service! Aaron and Emily planned our hotels, booked them, and created an outstanding itinerary for us! We only had limited time and wanted to make the most of our time - Aaron far surpassed our expectations! Our first day, Aaron arrived and even brought us breakfast (with my request of Almond milk!) He had cooler packed with snacks, drinks, and lunch! We toured the Grand Tetons and Aaron provided an incredible historical perspective! We would have never fully understand the depth or background into this breathtaking place! Aaron set up a beautiful picnic lunch and ensured we had everything we needed! We saw many wildlife and his knowledge of the wildlife was incredible! Day 2 we visited Yellowstone! We had another amazing day filled with wildlife, unknown places, and chock full of info! We even got to see the rare Bee Hive geyser let loose minutes before Ole Faithful! What an amazing treat!! If you have kids - and even if you don't, Aaron is part of the Junior Ranger program! My husband and I had such fun filling out the booklet and earning the Junior Ranger badge! LOL. What fun! Aaron and Emily surpassed all expectations and went way above to ensure we were settled into our hotel the 1st night and provide suggestions on restaurants and tips for the area. The touring was incredible! Don't hesitate to book with Teton Excursions - you'll be blown away! Thank you Aaron and Emily! We look forward to our future trips with you!

For our first trip to the area, we hired Teton Excursions for a private guided tour in two days, one day at the Tetons and the second day at the lower loop of Yellowstone National Park. Aaron picked us up in Jackson in a clean, comfortable van and had breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks for us. Aaron knew all the spots to see wildlife, the history, the best views, the stories, the hikes, the restrooms, and how to get through the traffic and parking. He adapted the tour to our interests. We took a 3 day private tour with Teton Excursions Aaron, guide and owner of the company was impeccable. Aaron was so very accommodating with the four of us. Teton excursions is an extremely reliable and trustworthy company Both owners Aaron and Emily are superb when it comes to customer service. Aaron was very knowledgeable both about the Tetons and Yellowstone National park Aaron even made sure we knew the location of our tour for the next day by driving us to the location and it wasn’t even a part of Teton excursions

The views were amazing! Our tour guide Chris was awesome. He was funny, friendly and very knowledgeable. Chris was very accommodating to our needs. Chris setup our picnic lunch on the lake and even set the picnic table with a checkered tablecloth. We had a great day in The Teton National Park. Our Teton tour with Chris was a blast! He showed up on time and made sure we had everything we needed. He was very knowledgeable and you could tell he loved what he was doing! He had great stories and I really loved his “alien theory!” 😂 I would highly recommend this tour company!

Our family of 9 (ages ranging from 9 to 77) had never been to Yellowstone before and really didn’t know what to expect. All I can say about Aaron and Teton Excursions is “Wow!Wow!Wow!Wow!” Not only was our guide and owner Aaron extremely knowledgeable about the history of the park and it’s inhabitants, but he knew what to see, what to skip, how to skirt the crowds and where all the best photo ops were. The pictures he took for use are truly spectacular. Every one’s a framer. His tour van was comfy and clean and he packed loads of snacks and drinks and, perhaps even more importantly he knew where all the best bathrooms were (trust me I cannot overstate how important this is). And besides all that he was a really great, personable guy whose company we thoroughly enjoyed. If you‘re thinking about heading west (Aaron and his crew do way more than just Yellowstone) I cannot recommend enough that you book a tour with these guys. It was the highlight of our trip and our vacation just wouldn’t have been the same without it.

We had the most remarkable family trip from Salt Lake City, Pinedale, WY, Jackson, WY, Yellowstone National Park, Cody, WY, Deadwood, SD and ended in Rapid City, SD. Aaron and Emily were responsive, knowledgeable and personable with planning our trip. The itinerary was very well thought out, combining leisure time with activity and not-to-be-missed opportunities. We were obviously at the heart of the itinerary planning, and attention to detail is second to none. Everything was perfect and we felt, in every instance, that they truly cared about us and did their BEST to make this trip memorable. We were three families and 8 of us travelled to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons with Aaron and Teton excursions for 4 days during the 4th of July weekend . Aaron made our whole trip simply awesome with his attention to detail, all the food that he had carried for us (for arranging lovely picnic lunches), his warmth, enthusiasm and energy in taking us around and telling us the special stories about each of the places! ☺️Which was the highlight of our trip : how he enhanced our enjoyment of these natural wonders with his special insights and anecdotes. Thanks to Aaron and Emily for curating the entire trip so appropriately for us ; accommodating all our requests and arranging for many hikes and walks and picnic lunches at scenic locations so beautifully. Aaron knew exactly when to stop at a particular sightseeing spot, knew when we would get less crowds, took zillions of photographs of our group and taught us so many neat photography tricks too! We got to see good amount of wildlife too with good bear sightings, elk, moose, coyote, bald eagle, pronghorn antelope and others. Teton Excursions made this trip so extra memorable for all of us just with their special expertise , knowledge and exceptional warmth!😊👍
