The visit includes a tour of the farm, with a presentation of the same, a visit to the barn (depending on the time you can watch the milking) and a look at the dairy. Subsequently we pass to the tasting of all the cheeses present in the company at the time with an explanation of each of the processing, accompanied by carasau bread (typical Sardinian), Montalcino red, three types of honey and a basic dessert with ricotta and sugar.
