Great guide - Sachinn - Great tour!
Our guide, Sachinn, was brilliant! We really enjoyed our intrepid trip to Singahad Ford. Sachinn's knowledge was extensive and the history he shared was fascinating. The food provided on the tour was absolutely delicious... lovely to sit and eat together. The car was aircondioned and comfortable. And the tour was thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Excellent tour incorporating history, nature and fantastic views
Excellent tour incorporating history, nature and fantastic views - would highly recommend. Atharva was a great guide with excellent knowledge on the history of the fort. He was also good at identifying the local birds which as a birder I appreciated. If taking this tour I would recommend the early 6 am start from Pune so you can enjoy the sunrise at the fort.

      Fantastic tour and guide
While I thought I knew something about Indian history I was totally unaware that MK Gandhi was imprisoned in the Aga Khan Palace in Pune and his wife and assistant died in custody. Also Shivaji grew up in Pune and there are tons of interesting temples including a fascinating cave temple. Many thanks to Atharva who is an excellent guide and ensured that I did not get run over!

      Great Pune Heritage tour
We had a super tour walking around heritage points in Pune with Sachin and Suraj. Sachin is very knowledgable and a great story teller and also very patient in showing us the sights. We had a very enjoyable experience. And Suraj was great in driving us around and also sharing homemade goodies. Strongly recommend.

      Great tour. Really worth it.
Took this tour on the last day of our business trip in Pune. Sachinn, our tour guide contacted me one day early to confirm pick up location and sent us notes. The whole tour is very good. I learned so much and saw so much in 4 hours! Great tour and highly recommended.

      Perfect Pune tour
Yo Tours, led by Sachin, provided an exceptional private Pune tour. The itinerary was well-paced, perfect for elderly travelers, and included seamless transport arrangements. Sachin’s clear communication and deep historical knowledge added great value to the experience, making each site visit engaging and informative. The highlight was the opportunity to savor authentic local cuisine, thoughtfully incorporated into the tour. Everything was meticulously planned, leaving no room for hassle. Highly recommend this tour for a comfortable and enriching Pune experience!

Interesting tour of Pune city centre
Overall, the tour was a good experience. We had to wait 30 minutes for the driver to arrive for pickup at our hotel, but communication with the company was great. Our guide, Atharva, was friendly and knowledgeable. We would not have been able to do this kind of tour on our own!

      Excellent tour of Pune
I’m usually not one for tours and prefer exploring on my own, but I’m so glad I decided to do this one! I booked a half-day tour of Pune with Sachinn, and it was an incredible experience. Booking was super easy, even at the last minute—I booked just the day before. Sachinn picked me up from my hotel and explained the plan for the day. The car and driver were excellent, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. We started in Pune's Old Town with a visit to a smaller temple and a walk through the bustling food market. Sachinn even taught me how to cross the street—no small feat with all the chaos, but somehow it all works perfectly well! We enjoyed a delicious snack from a street food vendor before continuing to explore more temples, a palace, a museum, and several markets. The highlight was ending the day at the grand palace—it absolutely took my breath away! Sachinn’s deep knowledge of the local culture, history, and spirituality added so much depth to the experience. Having someone local to guide me and explain everything made all the difference. I’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Pune. Ask for Sachinn—he’s fantastic and will make your visit truly memorable!

A Cultural Tour as Well as Good Exercise
The guide was accommodating, and made the entire experience fun. I would not have been able to find these special unique treasures without him. He also educated on the history and cultural significance.

      Enjoyable experience at historic fort!
This was a great tour! Our guide Atharva was the perfect amount of friendly & knowledgeable. He did not overload us with a ton of talking and had interesting stories at the landmarks in the fort. He also had extensive bird & reptile knowledge. We saw a bunch of pretty birds, a skink, monkeys and a snake. The walk around the fort was pleasant on a Wednesday between 9-12. It was not too hot or crowded but it started to get pretty busy when we headed out. It was hazy out but the views were still great. We had a nice light meal that he described as yellow pudding ( can't remember the name) and it was delicious! It's crazy how intact the fort is, but with that said it's old so if you have mobility issues this could be challenging. Be prepared to do a few stairs.

      Wonderful Tour Through Pune
Had a great tour through Pune. The tour guide and the trainee were excellent. Provided a lot of information and answered questions. We’re in great communication prior to start of the tour. Pace was great. From pickup until drop-off for the whole experience requires about 5 hours. The taxi used was the same. Highly recommend!

Sadly not really worth my time and money.

The fellow arrived on a scooter, and offered walking or the scooter (even though he only had one helmet). Asked me where I wanted to go.p

He seemed a sweet guy, but his English was not of sufficient standard for a guide. He could recite some facts, but couldn't really understand my questions.

He offered me the "government souvenir shop / medicine shop" optipns. He didn't apply pressure but still didn't feel appropriate. The whole "tour" felt a bit dodgy and unprofessional.

I would not call it a walking tour as the concept goes but more like a temple and ashram itinerary. There were hardly any stories about the culture or the place or food. There was some soft peddling for the products. Interesting stories, food and photos make up for most of the best part of walking tours in India. This tour did not have any of these parts. It was more like booking a local guide at 10x the prices because you have booked it on TripAdvisor. Won't recommend if you have done walking tours elsewhere in India.

I did the tour with Djay! He is really kind and he knows a lot! I highly recommend doing it, you will understand better the culture, the town and the mitology of hinduism. Bring water, good shoes, sunglasses, sun protector and everything you need to fight the heats and enjoy without problems.
Thank you to the whole team!!
