I had a pickup from the airport and then back to the airport from my hotel. My driver communicated well and promptly and the pickups went smoothly. I was really glad I did this instead of trying to take a taxi or ride the Metro train with luggage alone.

We booked our first pickup from Piraeus Port in Athens to our hotel in the city. Our driver Manos was absolutely awesome! Communication was easy. We texted him to see if he could come early and he responded right away and picked us up 30 minutes before our scheduled time. A great guy and he was SO FRIENDLY and gave us great advice on the city and what to see and what to eat! A+++++ The second pickup was from our hotel to the airport. Our driver Glykeria came at our requested 3 am time and she was terrific. Again, the communication was outstanding. We asked her if we could leave earlier and she talked us out of it as she said we had plenty of time at the airport and she was right. We got to keep that extra hour of sleep! Our experience overall for both trips was phenomenal. This new taxi app type company will be huge in the future. Highly recommend to check them out at least in Greece.

Driver failed to show as he had had an accident. He did not contact me. I had to phone him. He organised a replacement which I first accepted and then cancelled as it was going to be too late. We got other taxis. Welcome pickups are saying they supplied a replacement and therefore will not reimburse our money. The driver who picked us up at Frankfurt airport was patient and professional.

FRAUD. Welcome Pickups is a Fraud. I had booked airport transfer service that did not arrive at the airport for the pickup. When I contacted the driver in my confirmation he told me that his car broke down and he wouldn't be able to drive me and recommended that I take a taxi. About 90 minutes later I received a message saying that the driver had arrived at the airport, and that I was logged as a "no show." All this may sound like a normal operational hiccup, things happen you might think. It is only then that you realize that there is no way to email the company. The phone service allows a voicemail that never gets returned. When you click on "contact customer support" from your confirmation email it takes you to an FAQ page. The only way for me to get a refund was to call my credit card company and provide screenshots of the What's App conversation between me and the "driver."

On time. Amazing communication. Used them twice. Super price from Piraeus ferry to downtown Athens. Highly recommend.

Had a ride to the airport booked for the 7 of us for the start of our 12 day cruise. Received a call from the driver that he was on his way to pick us up. This was truly surprising since our cruise was not leaving for the next day and we just got off the plane. Tried to explain to him that it was for the next day but all he kept saying is that we were a no show and that we still have to be charged. Communicated with the customer service who then sent us a couple of emails that were unrelated to us and then was sent us an apology that they were forwarded to the wrong person. The next email was from someone who was going to look into the situation but never heard from them again. Not very happy. Will be putting a dispute with our charged credit card.

Antreas was wonderful & made our transfer very easy. He also helped my husband who is currently having mobility issues. We were very grateful. Highly recommend.

A fabulous transfer pick up. It was a delight having Venediktos as a driver. He is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. His tips for things to do were very fabulous and made our trip much better. I would happily have Venediktos drive us again. He is just a lovely and joyous person. He helped us with our bags as well. Definitely he is the best driver we have ever had. We loved the car, an air conditioned Tesla with white seats - very swish. Welcome Pickups is a great, affordable and professional service and will be our go to next trip to Athens. We will return and we will ask for Venediktos especially.

We prebooked Wecone taxis for our arrival to Athens, we were kept up to date with the booking from start to finish including the model and colour of car ,the registration number and the drivers details including photograph, so you knew you were getting twin the correct car, we used them on 2 other occasions with the same experience, the drivers were on time and very informative of local landmarks on our way to our destinations, very polite and professional, with bottles of water provided and hand sanitizer, We would highly recommend using this company . We used this service in Athens, on our arrival from the airport to hotel, and again from hotel to the cruise port. Both times the drivers arrived a little early, and were very helpful and knowledgeable. They communicated with me via What's App to let me know where to meet them. This really takes the stress out of making the transfer to hotel or cruise.

Our driver, Anastosios, kept on contact with us while we negotiated Greek passport control for nearly an hour and adjusted the pick up accordingly. The car was clean, and he drove safely through the streets of Athens to our hotel while chatting about our 4 night city break. Lastly, later that afternoon he messaged me some places to eat during our stay that was very welcome as there is a huge choice of restaurants. Definitely would use again.

From Alexandria to Cairo, the trip was great and well organized. The driver, Bilal, was very polite and punctual. There were no problems whatsoever.

I'm only sorry I did not remember the drivers names, as the both times we used this service they were excellent. One of the transfers was very late at night due to a missed flight connection, and the driver was very pleasant and professional re: the change in time. We also took this transportation to Piraeus port from the Amalia Hotel and again they were very pleasant and professional. Would absolutely encourage people to use this transportation service.
