ABSOLUTE SCAM

Im being scammed out of 180 dollars by fun dallas and getyourguide.com! I booked a tour of AT&T stadium on Jan 2 for 10am Jan 4th. I called to cancel the same day about 8pm. Getyourguide emailed and called fun Dallas tours with no response. I called fun Dallas and left a message to call me back and got no call back. The day of the tour the call me back with a few excuses why they can’t issue me a refund. 1. Because I needed to cancel before 24 hours of the event (which I did, 38hours before actually). 2. Getyourguide has to issue the refund. (Meanwhile getyourguide is telling me fun Dallas has to issue the refund).

Now I’m going back and forth with getyourguide and they are giving me the same nonsense saying I needed to cancel with in 24 hours to get a refund. After providing proof that I’ve done that they say “well the trip is non refundable”.

Their policies are unclear and the fault mostly on FUN DALLAS for not responding and purchasing tickets for someone who cancelled well before the 24 hour deadline

We apologise that your tour /booking/refund seemed to be "unexceptable" or what you seemed to consider a "scam"this is obviously very unfortunate. Per . Our company at Fun Texas Tours we go above and beyond for almost 25 years in taking care of litterly tens of thousands of amazing, kind and wonderful guests from our great nation and all over the world. This will of course continue onto "God willing the next 25 years!Good , bad or indifferent we would like to suggest that you read fine print rather it be with the tour company's protocol or the 3rd party protocol with refunds, times and so on. It would be my hope you take a moment in this advise otherwise you will continue to be negligent, over looking terms and conditions of everything you do in life . Rather it be with a tour, resteraunt, hotel . If you continue to blame everyone else instead of holding yourself accountable you will continue to leave these types of reviews into infinity. Hope this can be a positive learning experience. Take care , be well and the best of regards to you.

Our tour guide, Preston, is a knowledgeable Dallas historian. His detailed presentation of each site we visited as well as the highlights of the city as we traveled through Dallas was informative and enlightening. My wife and I agreed that he is the best tour guide we have ever had during our many travels. If you take this tour, I hope you get Preston!

William was very knowledgeable however he talked very fast and seemed to rush the tour since we were running late because the stadium tour took longer than it should of. We loved the cowboys tour. That was fun and we got to go on the field but they didn’t give us a football to throw around. We also never were able to to to the park and get a picture of the white arches as stated in this description. Probably would not do this again and just sign up for tour on our own. It was pricey for what we got.

The Tour times of AT &T stadium were changed the Tour Co. I could not attend with the new time frame. They said I would get a call to refund my money, as it was them that changed the agreement. To date nothing. I was just swindled out of $95.00 CAUTION ALL DOES NOT A{{EAR AS IT SEEMS.

Dallas and cowboy stadium combo tour
My tour guide was charming, delightful, funny and informative. You could tell he enjoyed what he does and he was made to do this. His name is Preston. I enjoyed seeing all of the historic jfk spots and learning some history there. I also enjoyed the long horn statues, the murals in the deep elum. I really enjoyed everything about it.

The cowboys tour was great. Their stadium is amazing. The tour guide was knowledgeable and you could tell she loves her team. It was worth being able to stand on that field under that big screen. Very fun.

Best Tour of Dallas!

Johnny was our tour guide and he was fantastic! I learned so much about Dallas and felt fortunate to be able to tour all of the unique districts. I am fascinated by the JFK Assassination and Johnny is full of knowledge! I want to spend more time with him to learn more. He made everyone in our group feel at ease and ensured we all had a great time! Don't miss out on one of Johnny's tours! He's the best! He has great restaurant recommendations also!

Daughter’s 29th Birthday
My daughter is a RN and is on a travel assignment in Dallas. The plan was to celebrate her 28th birthday in Chicago, but Covid stopped our plans March 18th 2020 It was 1 day before her birthday that Chicago was shut down. For 2021 which is her 29th birthday we said let’s try this again. She is in Dallas and things are back open, so we celebrated her day with the Combo Tour. William was an EXCELLENT tour guide and the tour of Dallas and the Dallas Cowboys Stadium was great. All 3 of us -myself, my Husband and the Birthday Girl enjoyed our outing. Hats of to William who was the Best!!! Thanks for celebrating Diamond’s 29th birthday with us!!!

Amazing combo tour! Ask for tour guide, Johnny!

Definitely a must for those visiting Dallas for the first time. Our tour guide, Johnny, was amazing! Knowledgeable, fun, and entertaining! It was great to get a local's perspective on the history and sights of Dallas.

Whether or not you're a sports/Cowboys fan, going to the AT&T Stadium is an experience you must do while in Dallas. We enjoyed behind-the-scenes access to the stadium and loved every minute of it!

Book this tour and make sure Johnny is your guide!

Cowboy’s Fan? Take this trip!

Our driver Preston was very knowledgeable of Dallas history. Made the ride and walk fun and enjoyable. I would recommend taking this trip if you would like to get to know more of JFK and Dallas history.

Great way to get to know the city!
Y’all, this tour was such a great way to get to know the city! Johnny took me and my hubby (and three others) around Dallas. We also opted to tour the Dallas Cowboys stadium. The highlight of our tour was certainly Johnny. His knowledge, personality, and laughter were definitely why our tour was so enjoyable! The van was comfortable, AC was on full blast, and the stops were well-timed and purposeful. Overall a wonderful day well worth the money. Gracias, Johnny!!
