The country music hall of fame was great. It takes about one and a half hours to go through. We paid extra for the audio but in my opinion it wasn’t necessary…

Kaysie's knowledge & recommendations were great!
Two couples took about a 2-hour tour from Kaysie Young centered on Broadway sites in downtown Nashville in early October 2022. She knows so much, I wish I had recorded the whole thing! Great insights on the history of Nashville, the music scene, great shops and restaurants (and which ones to pass up), where to see unique artifacts, etc. She even wrote a small book with her favorite sights (ask to buy a copy from her). She can talk your ears off, so make sure you ask questions.

Kaysie made our tour so engaging for everyone. Our teens stayed interested the entire time. It was so neat to hear the history and details of the places we visited. She also gave us tips for places to visit. Would highly recommend this tour.

    Amazing Bachelorette Activity!
We did a private tour of Nashville with Kaysie during my bachelorette party with 11 girls. Kaysie was SO sweet and fantastic. It was very easy the schedule the tour with her in advanced via email. The tour itself was 2 hours around the broadway area. Kaysie is so much fun and has so much knowledge of the Nashville and all the music history. This tour and Kaysie are AMAZING, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

    Excellent Nashville Walking Tour
Kaysie is spectacular. Her Nashville and music knowledge is second to none and the tour gives a great experience around Broadway. She is efficient, polite, hilarious, and takes care of her tour, even on the busiest of days. If you go to Nashville, you must start your vacation with Kaysie to get the lay of the land...and music!

Kaysie was fantastic. She knows a lot about the city. She also helped us out afterward, and she didn't have to do that. Very generous and kind guide. I highly recommend her if you're in Nashville. If she can't help you, she can find someone who can.

Great way to get to know Nashville!
Kaysie Young is an enthusastic person who has LOTS of knowledge about Nashville and helps you experience it in a way that you cannot do alone. My friend and I had a blast on her tour finding out more about the history of Nashville music and about the establishments in the city. Have fun! Thank you Kaysie!

    Best tour of Broadway!
I happen to run across this tour by accident really. We have been to Nashville several times, but this tour was really worth the money! Kaysie was our guide and she is so sweet and knowledgeable about the history and sites in Nashville, especially Broadway street and vacinity! Highly recommend this tour whether it is your 1st time to Nashville or you are like us and been there several times before! You will definitely leave having learned a few more facts about Nashville and Broadway! Thanks Kaysie!!

Kaysie was very enthusiastic, and knowledgeable of the area, and it’s history. She took the time to go into detail about all the different sites, and some of the history associated with them. She has a way to make you feel very comfortable, and by the end you feel like you are with more of a very knowledgeable friend, showing you around, then a tour guide.
She also had recommendations of other areas Nashville to visit, and information and tips on what to see at those locations.

I would highly recommend doing a walking tour in Nashville to help you get the “lay of the land” in the downtown area, and Kaysie at Famous Footsteps walking tours is the best choice.

Whenever I travel to a new city, I try to do a guided walking tour my first day. Kaysie's Famous Footsteps Tour, which we did in June 2021, did not disappoint. Kaysie is simply a fountain of information and was both engaging and enthusiastic.
My wife and I met Kaysie in front of the Tubbs Record Shop right on Broadway, which was only a few blocks away from the Noelle Hotel where we were staying. My adult son, who moved to Nashville just before the pandemic, and his girlfriend also joined us. Kaysie provided us with a a great introduction to Nashville and its history and took the four of us to several places we would have otherwise missed as well as to the more obvious attractions, such as outside the Ryman. The tour ended across from the Country Hall of Fame, which was ideal as we were going to tour that venue next. We enjoyed Kaysie's tour thoroughly and would recommend it to anyone looking for a guided tour of downtown Nashville.

If you want to have a fun and informative introduction to Nashville's numerous famous (and infamous) locations, then you must do a walking tour with Kaysie Young! Starting at Ernest Tubb's Record Shop, Kaysie immediately began the tour with the history of the historical shop, before leading my wife and I on a fascinating tour around downtown. From the history of the Ryman auditorium and the entire music scene that goes morning to night downtown, to some great eats, drinks, and sweets (such as Jack's BBQ and Savannah's Candy Store and Big Machine Distillery, to name a few), and even the 'Batman' building and others. Kaysie also provided us some great recommendations for additional tours for us to explore on, which we did go on and loved. AND, considering we did this tour during the pandemic, at all times, Kaysie and every place we visited was following Covid-19 protocols, which made it not just a rewarding tour, but safe as well! We highly recommend Kaysie Young and her Nashville Famous Footsteps Guided Walking Tour!

Kaysie provided a very informative, fun, and interactive tour of downtown Nashville for our family. She showed us so many points of interest, many of which we wouldn't have seen without her, including many little nuggets that probably most locals don't even know about. She was very flexible with her schedule, and even suggested we move our regularly-scheduled date to the following day because of better weather conditions. Of all the tour guides in Nashville, do yourself a favor and pick Kaysie. You will not be disappointed! Thanks again Kaysie, for everything!

Kaysie was so accommodating for our visit so much that she added a tour to meet our needs based on our arrival and current plans. There was 3 of us but she was able to add on and we had a total of 9! Her excitement and enthusiasm was infectious and she went out of her way to make it fun for all. Extremely knowledgeable and took us to places that were exciting and not always on her list of places to visit but because of questions in the group she made the effort. If you want a great fun introduction to Nashville this is a MUST! Thank you Kaysie for a memorable afternoon.

Our tour guide Kaysie was excellent. We started at Ernest Tubb Record Shop that's closing after 74 years. This was my 4th trip to Nashville and I learned so much from Kaysie. She's exceptional. Put on your walking shoes and take the tour.

Kaysie was extremely knowledgeable, took us to many interesting places in downtown Nashville. She gave us a recommendation for what turned out to be one of our favor our restaurants (FGLHouse). She was a very engaging and interesting guide. Really personalized the tour to our interests while sticking to her set route. It was just me and my stepmom and she took us under her wing and made us feel like family while we were with her.
