      Disappointing
We stayed at Rosetta’s cottage and it was very expensive and so disappointing. Stepping into the house is like going back to the 1960s. The garden is very overgrown giving the impression that the whole place is being allowed to run down. Worst of all was that the heating didn’t work and we struck a very cold spring weekend. At the price we paid we expected some breakfast - which seemed to be offered at other establishments nearby. We expressed our disappointment to the host but to no avail.

More than a wine tasting - it’s an experience.
We enjoyed a sit down wine tasting session with the lovely hostess. We enjoyed many wine tastings for $10. We learned a lot about the grape variety and history.

      Winery makes its mark
Pizzini Wines is a family winery located in the King Valley. The King Valley is in Victoria's northeast. It is a cool climate region, which produces fine wines with are flavorful on the tongue. This area is a relatively recent region, which has made its mark by producing sophisticated wines which appeal to lovers of wine.

Very Good Wine & Tasting Plate
A casual lunch at Pizzini Wines was a very good experience with very freindly servicer, a great tasting plate (and deserts) and of course very good wines that are different in a casual rural setiing. Nothing better on a nice day..

      Well worth the visit
We stopped over for lunch and had antipasto board with a glass of Pizzini wine. Wonderfully peaceful location on a lovely Autumn day. Well worth the visit.

      Excellent wines and accmodation
Been here twice, both times were great. We stayed onsite as part of our honeymoon, the accomodation was cozy and the continental breakfast provided was lovely and filling! We did the rare wine tasting and had the antipasti platter which I highly recommend. Chas was our guide for the wine tasting, really appreciated that asked what we liked and served us accordingly. Will come back again and hopefully do the cooking class.

      Beautiful setting
Visited here on a perfect Autumn afternoon. Such a beautiful location with surrounding gardens and views. The tasting area is quite impressive. I was with friends who were keen to visit, but as I was the driver I chose to taste only 1 or 2 wines, which were delicious. All of the staff were genuinely friendly. Certainly a great place to visit if you want to try Italian varieties.

      Marvelous gardens
On our way to a lunch we decided to stop for a wine tasting. However, we didn’t have the 45 minutes needed to do it justice. Instead we opted for a drink in the lush green gardens under the shade of the trees. This was excellent and it we hadn’t booked lunch already we could have stayed.

      Lovely Winery and staff.
My wife and I stayed 2 nights at the Pizzini Winery in the Rosetta's Garden Guesthouse a 3 bedroom house across the road from the cellar door. The guest house is large, clean anfmd very comfortable. 3 large bedrooms, 1 large bathroom but a 2nd shower. Huge garden area full of fruit trees and other hidden treasures. Everywhere I looked there was something I could eat. The guesthouse had a welcoming family feel and you just settled in. You could tell it had been a happy family home. Huge well appointed kitchen with a large dining area. We enjoyed every moment and are hoping to return in the near future. The cellar door was fantastic and the staff were wonderful. Carla, a member of the Pizzini family looked after us for our tasting. She was passionate about the wines, the winery and her family. Now the wines, Nonna Gisella Sangiovese, Verdicchio and the Arneis were our favourites and reasonably priced. We tried the premium range and they were well and truly the next level. Lovely Winery, lovely staff can't recommend highly enough.

      Fantastic day!
Booked the wine tasting and the whole experience was fantastic, we were waited on by a lovely young blonde lady, didn’t catch her name but she made the experience awesome. Plus targa was on at the time which made it a little more interesting! Beautiful location.

      Pleasant afternoon
Out for a drive one afternoon, we called into Pizzini wines for a break. We enjoyed a vegan antipasti plate and a glass of wine each in the shade of a beautiful old tree. Very enjoyable afternoon. We'll definitely do it again.

      Purchased popcorn and rocky road
Purchase popcorn and the rocky road the rocky road is not worth the money is horrible. The caramel popcorn is ok but again to probably get better at a supermarket. If going there to do some wine tasting be prepared as a charge you $20 or more to do the wine tasting.

      Great winery
We had a fabulous tasting at Pizzini, the wines were uniformly excellent, staff wonderful, and we left with a boot full of wine. Our host was Brendan (?) show as brilliant. Will return.

We enjoyed a most informative and generous tasting. Riccardo was full of well balanced knowledge of the wines he served and stories of his homeland interlaced. The wines were spectacular and the entire experience one we will seek to repeat in the future. Well done Pizzini wines and thank you Riccardo

We pre booked this at a cost and it was well worthwhile. A personalised guided tour through old and new sparkling, white and red wines with the story of the vineyard development in the region. We loved the visit from Norbert, the vineyard dog. A really lovely afternoon!

Really great experience in an amazing location; well worth the drive from our accomodation in Mansfield. Frank was incredible in our private tasting, going above and beyond with his extensive wine knowledge. Will definitely be returning!

Beautiful cellar door with wonderful surroundings. The premium wine tasting and food platter were a great match. Really enjoyed the aged Nebbiolo’s and Sangiovese wines. Sublime experience . I’d say Pizzini is one of the premier producers of Italian grape varieties in this country.

Our daughter bought us the 'overnight food and wine escape'. We stayed Friday 30th June. Our private tutored wine tasting was booked for midday. On arrival we were greeted with “prepare to be pampered”, and boy were we pampered!
We were taken on a marvellous tasting journey through the Pizzini wine portfolio for over an hour followed by two platters - one cheese, one meat - accompanied by a glass of wine of our choice.
Our accommodation was at the Mountain View Hotel in Whitfield - a very comfortable king room. Dinner was in the hotel dining room.
Just when we thought things couldn't get any better, they did!
We experienced as good a meal as we've ever had - four courses with matched wines. None of our food courses were on the menu - they were prepared especially for us and they were all exquisite.
Each course and wine were presented and explained most professionally. Our young waitress, Jemma, was knowledgable beyond her years about the wines and was obviously very passionate about her role. She explained that Pizzinis provide lots of training - it shows.
Breakfast was continental, supplied in the room.
    A most enjoyable experience!
If you want to buy someone a very special present, you won't do better than this.

Having visited this winery decades ago [!], I was interested too re-visit. Very pretty gardens greeted us and the rain didn't bother us on our walk to the cellar door over a little bridge and winding pathway. Inside was spacious with lots of local craft and produce on offer and one could inspect while waiting to taste wines. Not too many people around on this wet, post bushfires day but the young lady presenting the wines was delightful - happy, friendly and knowledgeable. Then the wines - superb! I have long loved King Valley Prosecco - those I tried this day did not disappoint and nor did the other wines. I had not planned on buying but of course I did! Absolutely worth the visit after driving over the windy mountain road. The Whitfield Hotel was a good place to stop off at lunchtime too.
