Advanced Snorkeling Marine Park Skindiver trip
Stunning snorkeling tour of Pope’s Eye marine park, in Port Philip Bay. See large fur seals, various colorful marine fish, numerous nesting Gannets and Cormorants. Safe and professional tour, thanks to Marlon and Steve.

      Amazing experience
Amazing experience, would highly recommend it. We saw 4 sea dragons, tons of seals and snorkeled in an amazing reef of kelp. The crew was super nice and provided a lot of information on the sites and the animals.

      So Many Seals
We had an amazing 1.5 hours on board, the two person crew were very knowledgeable about the region and the wildlife. They were engaging and even entertained questions from our two children. We saw everything as advertised and would highly recommend this as a great opportunity.

      Fantastic Experience
I completed the free diving basic certification and mermaid certification with Marlon over the weekend. It was a fantastic experience all around. The course was professionally delivered and I am looking forward to continuing and developing my training in open water with Water Maarq.

      PADI Freediving open water session
If you are after a freediving course, I 100% recommend Watermaarq and Marlon Quinn. After this training my freediving skills greatly improved (relaxation, breath hold, body position, finning, recovery breathing, etc. The Watermarq team is super professional, super friendy and you can tell Marlon has a special connection with the ocean. So, you can’t go wrong with any of the Watermaarq services. I’ll come back for training and fun dives in the future!

Great experience for the whole family
We booked the 1.5hr Dolphin and Seal Watching Eco Boat Tour and had the most wonderful experience! Quite a few dolphins showed up and we had ample time to watch and follow them - absolutely awesome! Even spotted some penguins and of course lots of seals. Thanks to Marlon for an unforgettable afternoon and sharing his wisdom with us. Even though we've been to the Peninsula often, we learned lots of new and interesting things. Definitely highly recommend!

      Enchanting ...
We had a fabulous time with our knowledgeable guide Lauren. We had the treat of seeing and swimming with the Weedy Seadragons, lots of beautiful fish and Seals. Sadly no dolphins though. Such a fun and memorable day.

Seal and Dolphin tour on Port Philip Bay
We enjoyed the history content from the tour guide and pilot. We loved sighting the dolphins feeding in their pod out in middle of bay. Seals were very entertaining. Videoed young seal playing in water. Very cute. All my friends liked.

My partner and I had an amazing time! We were fortunate to see a penguin before the trip started and saw plenty of dolphins luckily. The tour operators (Steve and Adam?) were amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Really loved this tour. Views were amazing and we saw loads of dolphins and seals. Our tour guide Marion was really friendly and passionate about his job. Taught us lots about everything we saw from parts of the coastline to all the wildlife on offer. Loved the boat too, very comfortable and fast. Would highly recommend

Marlon was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. My mum doesn't speak English and he let me translate the knowledge he shared during the trip. He is a great navigator and knew how to approach the waves so the tour was smooth and fun! We were extremely lucky to see a bunch of dolphins on our way back. He also taught us a lot about the area - the seals and birds were really fun to watch.

Highly recommend this tour! We saw lots of dolphins soon after we left the pier and had the chance to take plenty of videos and admire them from up close in their natural habitat. They came very close to the boat a few times, too, which was so special!

We then went on the rest of the tour which included admiring the stunning peninsula from the sea, learning about the history of the area and about its wildlife. We saw many birds, a stingray and the fur seals which are just the cutest - such goofy, funny animals!

Our guides Marlon and Kristen were very knowledgeable and friendly, making the experience super laid back and fun. We particularly enjoyed learning about Aboriginal tales and facts, thanks for sharing!

Being on the small boat was also great as it made the experience more personal. If you're ever in the Peninsula, make sure to check this tour out!

This little cruise was a highlight of our stay on the Mornington Peninsula. Seeing the dolphins swimming nearby, and watching the seals and various sea birds lying and sitting about on their own little sanctuaries out in the bay, made for a very interesting and memorable time. Also the tour guide, Marlon, is so friendly, professional, and knowledgable, it is a pleasure to encounter him. Highly recommended activity.

This was a great trip around the bay. We have a house In Blairgowire but had never been on a boat and this was a really excellent way to see the bay. The crew were fantastic with great local knowledge. We also saw some dolphins which was a highlight. We will be back to do the snorkel trip next time. Michael

We had a fantastic cruise seeing part of Victoria that we have never experienced before. Although we are Melbourne locals my kids and I had never taken a boat trip out on the bay so this was a great introduction. The weather was perfect and the WaterMaarq crew were so lovely. Lots of interesting information about the wildlife and surroundings (who knew the bay was actually so shallow in parts!!). We were lucky enough to see the seals (my absolute favorite) as well as some cheeky dolphins at the end. Great school holiday activity as the kids through it was fantastic. We were a bit nervous about trying a snorkling trip on the bay but after seeing some other groups enjoying this we now have massive FOMO and will be back again for another trip with WaterMaarq to try this out. Highly recommend travelling with WaterMaarq as their service was outstanding.
