- olasocha0 contributionsFantastic 3-Day Adelaide to Melbourne trip3-Day Adelaide to Melbourne Tour, including the Grampians and Great Ocean Road. Every day was a highlight on this trip—staying overnight and hiking in the Grampians, visiting Tower Hill Wildlife Reserve and Melba Gully, and, of course, driving along the Great Ocean Road! Our guide, Jordan, was a superstar. He shared a lot of information about the places we visited and was an excellent driver. If you're thinking about booking this tour, go for it—you won't be disappointed! You'll end up with unforgettable memories and capture amazing photos that will last a lifetime.Written 15 March 2025
- ximemarsal0 contributionsBeautiful experience and cool guideOur guide was Ethan, he was a very cool guide, his way of telling stories and informing the group about labdmarks and history is entertaining and fun, he is a very good and cautious driver, made more than enough stops for bathroom breaks and the stops in the landmarks where adequate in time. The bus is clean and comfy, the AC works very well. Overall a great tour, with beautiful views, interesting stories and great attention to details :) Would recommendWritten 14 March 2025

- 910karal0 contributionsAn amazing day with adorable penguins and the lovely Fiona as our guideWe had the most amazing time on this tour. The penguins were simply adorable, the scenery was stunning and Fiona, our guide, was spot on. Fiona, our guide, was kind and warm from the first moment she started checking us in on the bus. She was genuinly curious about everyone and what had brought them to this trip. She spoke about Australia and the wildlife with such knowledge and passion and you could really tell just how much she loved and cared about this trip and the animals you see during it. We felt so informed and even more excited for the trip than we already were because of her passion. The penguins were SO cute, it was one of the most spectacular things I’ve seen, to see them all in their own little habitat doing their own little penguin things was delightful. The food places we stopped at for dinner were lovely and there was pleanty of options in a whole range of prices to meet anyone’s needs. Thanks to the help of Fiona and a few other friendly people at the Nobbys we were able to see the penguins in the daylight hiding underneath the board walk, which was super exciting as I know this is rare and we, at this point, were able to take pictures. Fiona showed us all the best spots to see the penguins at each individual part of the parade and make sure we got to make the most of it, a locals tips and tricks were definitely a plus! Prices in the penguin parade entrance for drinks and even in the gift shop were actually very reasonable and the items are really cute and good quality! Anyway that’s enough out of me but incase it wasn’t obvious, this trip was a 10/10 and I really would recommend not missing this unique experience. Ps. Please listen to the rules and don’t be that person with their camera out after the sunset!! You can get such lovely pictures of the penguins before that rule comes into place after sunset so do it earlier and then be respectful! These rules are in place for a reason.Written 12 March 2025
- lginlee10 contributionsFiona is a great tour guide! We took Fiona’s bus from Autopia tours. Fiona took us to the Koala sanctuary, Cowes, the southern tip pt of the island for great ocean photos and the Penguin parade. Fiona was a great bus driver and tour guide. She provided us with interesting facts about the island and animals and always kept us informed about what we can expect to see. She was prompt and also provided us with helpful tips on best places to spot the penguins and animals. 10 plus guide.Written 11 March 2025
- 504marionk0 contributionsA day trip not to missBrilliant Trip with Fiona as driver and guide. Loved the informative commentary she shared during the bus ride to Philip island, so enthusiastic about the country snd conservation, it was good to hear. Also shared tips while there for the penguin parade. Good coach with WiFi too. Loved the whole day, thank you.Written 11 March 2025

- Julie P0 contributionsAbsolutely brilliant and great valueI would highly recommend this day out to the Great Ocean Road. It’s a long day but Pete the host was absolutely amazing. Kangaroo spotting, Koala searching, Emu following he delivered 100%. Tim Tams and coffee were the perfect treat. The knowledge he shared was factual and interesting, a positive bonus was his helpfulness in getting drinks, snacks and food. A whole heap of fun 🙏🙏🙏Written 10 March 2025
- 920annikaw0 contributions100% recommendHad an awesome trip with our guide Kiwi Chris! Got to learn so much from him. One could say he's a human encyclopaedia! We were also lucky to spot some koalas and kangaroos! Try the Vegemite ice cream in Apollo Bay... it actually tastes great!Written 8 March 2025
- GuestCMT0 contributionsForget filters, the natural light was pure fire!Okay, buckle up, buttercups, because I'm about to drop the hottest take on the Great Ocean Road tour you've ever heard! Forget everything you think you know about scenic drives, because this wasn't just a tour, it was a full-blown, sensory-overloading, soul-shaking EXPERIENCE! From the moment we hopped on the bus, the energy was electric. Our guide? Forget "guide," they were a LEGEND! A walking encyclopedia of Aussie history, a comedian with killer timing, and a genuine nature lover. They didn't just point out landmarks; they breathed life into them. The 12 Apostles? Forget postcards! Seeing those majestic rock formations in person was like stepping into a painting that moved and breathed. The sheer scale, the crashing waves, the raw, untamed beauty – it was enough to make you weep with joy! And the photo stops? Perfectly curated to capture the magic. Forget filters, the natural light was pure fire! And don't even get me started on the rainforest walk! Lush, green, and teeming with life – it was like stepping into a hidden world. The air was so fresh, you could taste it! Plus, the wildlife sightings? Koalas chilling in trees, birds singing their hearts out – it was like a real-life nature documentary! The whole day was a whirlwind of breathtaking views, delicious food (seriously, the lunch stop was a revelation!), and genuine camaraderie. Our group felt like a family by the end of the day, all bonded by the shared experience of witnessing such incredible beauty.Written 8 March 2025

- Daydream3821880 contributionsDefinitely worth itThis was a great tour. The 12 Apostles are stunning and worth the trip. It’s a long day, but Kiwi did a great job of sharing lots of information and making lots of quick stops along the way. The drive on Great Ocean Road is very scenic but quite curvy, so not great for folks who may suffer from motion sickness. That said, I’d highly recommend and encourage you to book with Kiwi!Written 8 March 2025

A wonderful day at the spas. Love the indulgence of a day relaxing in such a gorgeous place.
However, we paid the $25 for a threadbare towel, gown and locker that was drenched after the first pool, we spent the rest of the day in a soaking wet towel. Reception were dismissive when we asked for a dry towel informing us that we would need to pay an additional $25.
When we were having our lunch our very wet towel was left hanging in the change room to dry but were gone when we returned. We were therefore left with no towel. Not ideal as we wanted to spend another hour or so in the pools and then had nothing to dry ourselves with when getting dressed to leave. Resorting to paper towel.
On a day with a high of 11 degrees, a sopping towel made us cold and miserable and did spoil the day. Reception were borderline rude.
Strongly recommend bringing your own multiple towels.

We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to Kurt for joining us today and taking us on a captivating hot springs tour in the Mornington Peninsula Hot Springs, located just outside of Melbourne. Kurt's presence added a great deal of enjoyment to our experience as he engaged us in delightful conversations and played some wonderful music.
We were fortunate to have three blissful hours to soak in the rejuvenating hot springs and indulge in relaxation. Kurt's efficiency in getting us back to Melbourne in less than one hour and twenty minutes was truly remarkable. Moreover, we are grateful to Kurt for his kindness in dropping me off near my hotel on Spencer Street, which was just a ten-minute walk away.
Once again, we express our sincere gratitude to Kurt for making our trip to the Mornington Peninsula Hot Springs an unforgettable one. Thank you, Kurt!

Great way to see the peninsula hot springs if you don’t want to hire a car. Easy pick up in Collins street and small group. Kiwi Chris gave a great informative commentary on Melbourne and surrounds which was really interesting. Price of ticket covers bathing at the springs as well. You pay separately for towel , locker and robe. Worth getting . It was Easter so busy on the day we went but still managed to find some spots not too busy over the 25 acres.. very clean and beautiful surroundings. We had about 3 and a bit hours of time at the springs and headed back at 1.15. Arrived at 10am so plenty of time to see the surroundings. Great tour and highly recommend .

There was so much noisy conversation, selfish behaviour and unruly children in practically every pool that our group left with more anxiety than when we arrived.
We could not find peace anywhere!
We have been regular users over the last two decades, taking friends and international guests with us on many occasions. My suggestion to reception that they perhaps create a couple of pools for quiet, peaceful reflection was met with disdain.
How disappointing.
We won’t be back.

This may not be the right tour but we did go on a half day Peninsula Hot Springs tour and it was FANTASTIC! We enjoyed so many hot springs and loved the aqua therapy pools and the cold plunge! The food was amazing, particularly the BBQ chicken pizza and one of the best parts was our amazing tour guide Janet (I may have spelt that wrong) She was brilliant at giving us more information on the hot springs and Melbourne itself and everyone enjoyed her being there so much! An amazing tour! Even though we were late, she was gracious enough to wait!

As someone who doesn't really enjoy the spa, I was a bit optimistic about visiting the hot springs.
The day however was very enjoyable! Our guide Chris (Kiwi) talked about some of the history of Victoria and the hot springs which was very interesting.
The hot springs were very relaxing and there's lots of pools to enjoy!

Great trip out to the peninsula hot springs. The spa was large with so many pools, saunas and places to relax. Kiwi gave us all the information we needed before getting to the spa and then stopped at 2 great photos stops on the way back to Melbourne.

Took the tour to Peninsula Hot Springs - great way to spend a few hours and relax outside of the city. Pro tip: bring two towels, one for the baths and one to shower afterwards. Vicky was a lovely guide & driver and took great care of us.
