Fantastic crew and great morning spent fed pelican seagulls bait fish pumped for yabbies for fishing bait pulled up crab net cought a few crabs saw some birds of prey cought a fish then travels pard of the river while doing so. Learnt about oysters The only thing could be better is trying a cooked bit of crab on the boat just a mouthful for each person on tour that’s the only reason I did give it 5 out of 5

Captain Dave and Tara were great host for our trip. They’re very friendly and very knowledgeable and great people in general. Learnt a lot about Mud Crabs Oysters and other marine species in the Tweed River. Highly recommended for anyone after a fun day out with family and kids food was amazing as well after the trip out on the boat.

Had a visit with the family and one 9yr old child. It was a great time for the young children. If your an experienced fisher man or women, I wouldn't recommend. Expect to see alot of people from different countries aboard. Which can be a great laugh. The crew were very funny and welcoming. We started with a small cruise around and feeding the seagulls and one pelican who we are pretty sure ate one of the seagulls 🤣 Then pulled up some crab nets. 🦀 Pumping for yabbies was a really good laugh, and a bit of hard work. Expect to get a little muddy and wet. Fishing is done on some cheap rods and only have enough line to drop down into crystal clear waters. A few of us onboard caught a few brim. It's an adventure im glad I done with the family but it would only be a once off visit.

Great trip for young family . Well organised and tidy set up. Great way to spend the morning followed by lunch . Captain was very funny and helpful, even though the weather wasn’t ideal .

Highly recommend this tour for any first-timer to be in Australia or frequent travelers who are looking for local experience

the sea food lunch is delicious, the service is good and provided the morning tea. The staffs is friendly.

We had an amazing time with 4 and 6 years old children. Super kid friendly, the tour was very entertaining and well organized from start to finish. We really enjoyed the entire time and also enjoyed the great food at the restaurant after the tour. Highly recommend.

The experience was unique: the captain complimented the journey, 1st mate and deck hand were very helpful. I wish the journey could have lasted for longer. Thoroughly enjoyed by Mum, Dad and a young son. Highly recommended for young families!

We were a small group of Americans with a couple seniors and an 8 year old. It was the perfect activity for us to do as a family -- an easy adventure that we could all enjoy, but unique enough to be special.

Staff very friendly and informative unfortunately any child now in high school is considered adult at many qld attractions so my 14 yr old was charged adult fee pushing the cost up a bit so beware, however we had fun, made sure all the kids pulled up cage at least once as they limited by law on amount they can pull up , helped bait lines for fishing and find holes for yabbing- only disappointment was expected more time exploring river. lunch prebooked -tasted great -worth eat at cafe Although the description of activity on webpage doesn’t fully live up to experience it is worth a visit for something different to do in you qld break and the staff do a wonderful job
