About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- karensY5086GU0 contributionsFabulous memorable tour! This wonderful tour to the Minyon Falls was a highlight of our 39 Day Australia tour. Our guide, Geoff was very knowledgeable and made us a delicious lunch after. Swimming under the waterfall is amazing! We highly recommend this tour!Written 31 March 2024
- ET0066590 contributionsIncredible waterfall and swim!Had a great time on the tour. There were only 3 tourists and the tour guide so it was easy getting to know everyone. The tour guide is very friendly and down to earth. The hike is fun but can be challenging is some places. There is a lot of rock scrambling. This is easy to handle but may take a miss for people with low fitness or mobility issues. The waterfall was incredible and the highlight of the tour and my time in Australia. The pool underneath is lovely to swim in. The town is also cute and the barbecue was nice. Would recommend.Written 26 January 2024
- clarao6740 contributionsAmazing hike to the WaterfallsAmazing hike to the waterfall followed by a swim. The hike was a bit of an adventure and required some rock climbing, but was fun and totally worth it. Bbq lunch was also very good. Would definetly recommend this tour :)Written 4 January 2024

- jessiecM4911WK0 contributionsAmazingI’d give it ten stars if I could Two of us went on a day trip to minyon falls with Tom as our guide (not a private tour but we were the only ones) Tom was so accommodating, knowledgable and just overall fantastic company. On the drive he told us about the history of Byron bay and pointed out interesting landmarks and plant nurseries. On the actual hike, he was very knowledgable about the plants and animals and we learned quite a few fun facts. I noticed that he warned us every time the ground got slippery and he showed us where to put our feet when it got to the rocky bits. As cliche as it is the waterfalls were magical! We were allowed to swim in the little pool underneath for as long as we wanted. It’s chest height and as you get closer to the waterfall it becomes deeper. You can go underneath the waterfall too. Tom took a million photos for us and they turned out amazing - i’ve attached one of them which he took Afterwards we were driven to another great lookout and then had a cute picnic with tasty burgers. Just had a fantastic time from start to end is all I can say! Thank you for the memories!!!!Written 14 February 2023
- Glen5042160 contributionsA Personal Tour!Wow a personal tour with Tom as we were the only 2 who had booked! Only had this one day free in Bryon as part of our tour down the east coast yet even though there were only the two of us booked the tour went ahead. We had a great time. Highlights were the Crystal Castle, the Lighthouse (including dolphins!) and our lunch personally cooked by Tom! Thank youWritten 29 December 2022

- Ana S0 contributionsAwesome full day tourMe and my friend were the only ones that booked for this date and so we got told it would be a private tour. Had an excellent tour overall! Tour guide was very friendly, understanding and accomodating, we were able to swap going in one of the falls to go to a different destination. The veggie patties were delish! Very filing lunch at the park. kayaking was great, but unfortunately we did not see dolphins or sea turtles. We saw a bit of a whale at the end of it but never the less , 100% recommend!!Written 9 June 2021
- ackermann170 contributionsByron Bay and Surrounds ToirWe had an excellent day with Tom visiting Byron Bay and surrounds .. It was nice not having to drive and make our lunch more time to enjoy the day.. I would thoroughly recommend this tour company when in Byron BayWritten 14 May 2021
- brookeb94b0 contributionsAmazing day!!!Toby was my tour guide, although Minyon falls was closed Due to construction work, I was taken on two other lovely waterfalls tours!! Toby was accomodating, very helpful & lovely throughout. The two other people that were booked in for the tour had canceled due to the wet weather so I was on a solo tour!!! It was stunning in the rain. I’m so glad I did this tour! Great day, definitely worth it, Thankyou Toby :)Written 18 March 2021

Tom then drove us to a lookout overlooking to falls we had just trekked you then get a great appreciation of the distance you have covered. We then went a nearby National park camping ground were Tom cooked us up hamburgers and we had a chance to relax and take in the wonderful rainforest we then returned home via Bangalow this gave my wife a chance have a shop and me a Beer at the pub. Thanks Tom for great memoryWritten 1 November 2020
- Claire H0 contributionsWonderful day outWe ended up on a private tour with our guide to the waterfall and hinterland area. He was very knowledgeable and great conversationalist. At the waterfall he was instrumental giving first aid to a woman not in our group who sprained her ankle on the boulders coming back. He was super caring to ensure we were not too rushed in our walk. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone who loves a hike in the rainforest.Written 23 October 2020

Tour was excellent, visiting the lighthouse where we got to see lots of whales frolicking in the water, then saw a local wallaby feeding in his natural habitat. Then we visited the Farm and then off to Bangalow for a look around town. Lucas our guide looked after us very well.

When I got to Byron Bay. There were two sites I wanted to see. Bangalow and the lighthouse. It would’ve been hard for a tourist without a car to do both. Then I found Byron Bay Adventure Tour’s half day trip which not only covered both , but also added a visit to a sustainable farm. It was perfect. Tom, the guide, was very knowegeable and I learned a lot. Very pleasant way to spend a morning. Highly recommended!

throwback last year I was there, if u r athletic and enjoyable guy u should visit the lighthouse to take some pictures
also sometimes u can see the dolphins from there,
what I really like there is the coffee, and usually it's not crowded
