  • Enter the Arrivals Hall after customs and immigration, look for a representative with a blue Airport Transfers sign with your name on it who will meet you next to the designated meeting points in each terminal. Dependant on the state of immigration, customs and baggage clearance times you will be met 45-60 minutes after landing for intercontinental flights and 20-30 minutes after landing for European and domestic flights.

Airport Transfers is committed to your safety in the new normal and that of it’s driver team. To that end, we have implemented the following measures: • Daily health checks, all drivers will take temperature tests and check for symptoms daily before beginning shifts. We request that passengers similarly ensure that they are asymptomatic before travelling with us. • Chauffeurs will greet guests verbally instead of a handshake, they will still offer to assist with luggage but will sanitise handles after handling. • All drivers will wear masks and hands will be sanitised regularly before, after and during service. • Passengers must wear face masks at all times. • The front passenger seat alongside the driver will not be available for travellers use. • Drivers will wipe external and internal door handles after every trip. • Drivers will have sanitiser (60% + alcohol) and / or wipes available at all times. • Drivers will turn aircon and ventilation to circulate external air not internal air.

  • Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.

Very disappointing- do not recommend

We arrived at Heathrow from Singapore and our driver was not waiting for us . After several circuits of the arrivals area to check that the driver was not waiting in a different area from the spot outside WH Smith which was where our booking confirmation said to wait, I called the company. I was told that a driver was on his way but had been delayed due to protests in London. After several follow up calls and a further wait of over 40 minutes a driver finally arrived. It was clear that he was a subcontractor and that he had only been called in to meet us after I started calling the company. He appeared to be driving his personal vehicle, not a hire car. The service delivered was less than that of an Uber (which would have been punctual) at significantly greater cost. What makes me most angry is that the operator at City Transfers UK misled me by providing assurances that the driver was at the airport and would be in the terminal within 10 minutes when that was not the case and they refused to provide even a partial refund for this shocking service

Poor Experience

I had a very poor experience with City Transfers.

No one picked up my wife at the airport, and they were unhelpful and rude on the phone.

They were hostile to me on the phone when I reminded them a second time about my wheelchair, even when I was happy to pay extra.

Would not recommend.

Lies! And BS!

Booked two months in advance. Arrived at Heathrow with family, could not locate rep from company for over 45 minutes. Waited for him To call for a car, where the hell was it since I booked months in advance, to only have a car show up too small to accommodate. My family of 5, 2:5 hours later, get text from Viator that my reservation was canceled. NEVER EVER USE VIATOR
