With the expert guidance of JP aka Jean Philippe we six had an unforgettable adventure on this beautiful protected river. In addition to being a fun person to hang with he showed curiosity about all of us and our private lives AND performed an almost superhuman rescue of a stranded boater from another group in a dangerous class 4 rapid section of the river. The three nights of lodge stays offered a variety of experiences, all pleasurable in different ways. Meals at the lodges were lavish; bedroom accommodations were comfortable and relaxing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Beautiful scenery! The rapids were mild enough for us old folks but still wet us down. Our guide was Kruse and he was an absolute hoot! Highly recommend!

Wonderful and thrilling 3-day and 2-night rafting trip on the Rouge River. We had a spectacular guide, J. P., who provided excellent instructions, unending assistance, and intriguing tall tales throughout our adventures. We enjoyed the two lodges we stayed in, Black Bar and Marial. All in all, this was one of the most enjoyable trips of my life.

Kalen made me want to drop my life and become a river rafting guide. With his expertise, I'd charge any rapids. He led us on a fun and safe adventure, sharing knowledge about the river and ecosystem, as well as history and other info on the area. He was very respectful to locals and guests, and he and his team made us a great lunch. 10/10 recommend.

Our trip was really well organized. Orange Torpedo was also good at communicating with us before the trip. We all felt we were in good hands with Chase as our guide. We all had a really great time.

We did the Row Your Own Main Salmon Trip (July 25). The trip was fantastic. Our guides (Ryan, Will, Henry, and Helen) did a great job taking care of the details so we could focus on having fun. Wouldn't hesitate to take another trip with this crew!!! Professional, Competent, and Safe. Hell yeah!!!

Outstanding trip! I took my family of seven ( one 20 year old, three teens, one preteen, and one beautiful wife). Beautiful scenery, fun rapids, also mellow water with time to jump in. Best of all was our guide JP. He was knowledgeable, entertaining, polite, and his beard and accent are epic

This experience was far better than we anticipated. My daughter and I were not very experienced kayakers but Moira, our guide, gave a great safety briefing and we had a tremendous time. We did the half-day Hells Gate and would highly recommend these folks.

We did the Thrill Seeker and had the best time. Our guide, JP, was incredibly fun and knowledgeable, and the sites along the Rogue, especially in Hellgate Canyon, were amazing. I can't recommend these guys enough!

Wow wow wow What an amazing day. Our guides JP and Alex were amazing. Knowledgeable and fun. Engaged with our kids making it incredibly fun but also very concerned for our safety. The morning was filled with class I/II rapids in an individual inflatable kayaks. Great intro into whitewater kayaking and all through the most beautiful setting. Saw eagles, osprey, turtle, deer, and mink! Plenty of time for swimming and messing around in the water. The afternoon was filled with bigger III/IV rapids in a big boat. JP again ran a fantastic trip filled with laughs, rapids, and the utmost concern for our safety and enjoyment. We learned a lot about the area and history. I completely recommend orange torpedo tours ! Maybe next time we will try a multi day trip!

We did the 3 day hiking and rafting trip. The hiking along the Rouge river was awesome, great views and nice trails. The times we road in the raft were a lot of fun and beautiful. Our guide was the best, he made sure we were well cared for and safe. Thanks Mike!

We did a four day camp trip with 5 dads and our 5 twelve-year-old sons. Epic. Can't say enough good things.
