Outstanding tour! The owners of the shop are friendly and knowledgeable, and the chocolate making process is very interesting! The chocolate is incredible and I would recommend this tour to everyone!!

Scott was a wonderful guide. We tasted several beers and visited some really cool breweries and food truck pods. We also had some tater tots that were to die for! (Really, they were life changing) We went back a couple days later for more. So glad we decided to take the tour.

How wonderful! Laid back fun and informative with history and details on how to make chocolate from start to finish - tasting was the best! The homemade hot chocolate was best I ever had.

A nice, easy paced tour. Scott is a mellow, genial host who took us to a diverse selection of Bend's local brewpubs. All the locations had a different vibe and varied beer tastes. Silver Moon gets my vote for the best of the three. A great introduction to the Bend beer scene especially if you are visiting or new to the area. Recommended!

Great overview. Really small shop but fun to see how chocolate is made. We were also able to make our own bars.

My husband and I visit Bend every fall. This year, we were looking for a unique experience. We found it! Amanda and R.C. are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The tour explained their process of chocolate-making as well as their mission working with farmers in the countries where they source their beans. I found it fascinating how different each chocolate tasted, depending on where the beans originated. Scott, from Adventure Tours Bend, brought in wine to pair with the chocolate. I went into this tour looking to try something new. When we left, loaded up with chocolate, I realized that I felt like we had made three new friends. Thank you all for the experience. We will be back.

This tour exceeded our expectations! We had a brief visit here in Bend and wanted someone with local experience. We had so much fun and highly recommend. Great beer, great food truck experience—only surpassed by the knowledge and our affable guide. I’m coming back and will reach out again for another event. You won’t be disappointed!

Scott and Amanda were fantastic. The tour was informative and thorough. Samples were from different countries and tasty. Catered to the individual rather than a corporate feel. Would recommend.

They were very knowledgeable about the history of chocolate and how to get pure dark chocolate. I wasn't aware this was all dark chocolate which isn't my favorite. The wine was great but my husband never got his hot chocolate. And while technically we made our own chocolate bars, all we did was pour the chocolate into the mold. I thought we would do some more of the process like grinding by hand the bean. We had a great time though since Amanda and RC were great people and we really enjoyed talking with them.

The tour we did was really nice with a nice tour through the Deschutes brewery in Bend. And some nice tastings in a few other smaller breweries in town where there was just a general good vibe in all of them. Furthermore Scott was a really good and knowledgeable tour guide. It was really nice that we could have some fun conversations with him about pretty much anything. He even gave us some really nice tips for the rest of our trip as well. Because he's just a very attentive person that just wants the best for anyone that takes a tour with him.

Scott did an excellent job having everything prepared. It was perfect. Would do it again in a minute. Worth every penny!

A fantastic chocolate tour by Seahorse Chocolates staff, Amanda and RC. Personable, informative and super delicious chocolate.

The experience was super fun for all of us (me, wife, kids 13 and 11). Scott (our contact at Adv. Tours) was genuine, friendly and accommodating from start to finish, and our hosts at Seahorse chocolates were too. The experience was well planned to demonstrate their passion for their work and knowledge, which made for a lot of fun experiential learning and absolutely divine chocolate. We had a great time and recommend heartily to all whom this experience sounds remotely interesting. Thanks, Scott!

We had so much fun hanging out and learning about chocolate! My family is on a 2 week road trip and stopped in Bend for a few days. Decided to take this tour and we are all really glad we did! Very laid back, friendly, informative and delicious! We have a 5 year old and a 13 year old, both found it to be fun! They gave us recs for dinner and shopping and we left with 16 chocolate bars 😅. Definitely recommend!

Interesting to taste the different chocolate and learn that a high percentage of cacao doesn't equal bitterness! Good wine pairing, and fun to make our own bars. Amanda was lovely
