Wonderful trip, we really enjoyed the easy ride through beautiful surroundings. Sam is a great tour guide and provided us with excellent equipment and a lot of good stories about the area. Definitely recommend this bike ride!

My mother fell from the bike because of small rocks 🪨 on the mountain. Her knees then proceeded to become infected and even now 3 months later she is still in pain with an inflamed knee. They say that this course was made for beginners but they don’t include that you need the stamina of an athlete. They also do not include that the trail is VERY rocky. It was very dangerous. We are lucky to have only had 1 injury.Not recommended

Not recommended at all .This is the first time I am writing a negative reviews We came to Australia from New York and on 1st march we book self tour on blue mountain from this website. The guy sent us the video to watch but he didn’t tell us about the track on mountain it’s too rocky and rocks were very slippery too . We are really good bikers and it’s too dangerous to ride on those rocks specially on the hill and it’s the worst decision to book from them they supposed to tell us before tour starting. I fell from the bike 2 times just because of those small rocks and my knee got badly injured and scrapped . We ride back to the spot on same bike. When we came back to NY the guy charged us $120 for broken bike mind it it’s not damaged at all I drove back for 2 hours from mountain. My knee is still not recovering because of internal bruising please please think twice before booking thanks

Great day - first e-bike on fire trails and Sam made it easy and fun. Could cover much more territory than our old mountain bikes. Highly recommend it.

Great e bike trip over 50+km and 1300m climbing. Sam is a brilliant guide and ready to help with anything that comes along.

Despite the fact that it poured rain the entire time we had an absolute blast. Sam took what could have been a miserable day and made it soooo much fun. Definitely worth it! His knowledge about the area and enthusiasm about biking was contagious and we all finished feeling exhilarated.

Sam the owner, was wonderful from start to finish in arranging our 2 sons mountain bike trip. We have 2 sons, age 12 and 13 who throughly enjoyed their experience. Dan catered for both boys who were of different abilities excellently and they both absolutely loved it. They even had a dip in the creek! Sam even offered to provide lunch for the boys, which was a really lovely touch. Our one son had a minor fall whilst riding, and he was thoroughly taken care of by the team. Boys came back smiling and exhausted, a sign of a good day! 100% recommend and will be coming back if we are luckily enough to return to Australia!

Huge shout out to Sam who went above and beyond to get us out ebiking when our original plan didn’t work due to the National Park trail closure we had booked. He did some research and found another great option that didn’t disappoint. The bikes were 5 star, his instruction was fantastic and is one of the most personable people we’ve come across. He communicated and responded efficiently. Our family had a great time and we can’t wait for another great experience with him! Thank you Sam! You are amazing!

From the very first contact, Sam, from Blue Mountains Biking Adventures, was excellent. I cannot speak highly enough about the service he provided. He provided us with very wise counsel with regards to using electric bikes for the particular ride that we had chosen. I am 65 and my husband is 74 and we managed the 40 km Mount Hay trail with no problem. We stayed true to our ideals and only used the power when it was necessary. The bikes were in very good condition, and Sam provided all the extras we needed to repair tires and to take care of other minor needs. The day went well and the bike return went smoothly. I would highly recommend this company. Biking is such a great way to see the beauties of the Blue Hills, and Sam, he is simply amazing, and he made our trip an extraordinary one!!

Sam went above and beyond in the service he offered. Super personable, and we had a great time! The Ebikes are super easy to ride, even going up steep hills. Me and my 60 year old Mother were able to ride in comfort with the battery assisted Ebikes. Highly recommend!

We had so much fun on our 4 hour e-bike ride in the Blue Mountains with our most excellent guide Sam. He made our day even more enjoyable by adding tidbits on the local flora and fauna. We highly recommend this excursion!
