Wow, where do I start? The food, the tour, the hot air balloon ride! Everything was impeccable! Ruben was a fantastic host, and I definitely recommend Teotours.

Had a great experience to Teotiachan with TeoTours MX. We had a private driver Ignacio who was great and attentive. The hot air balloon ride was breathtaking and the on site tour added a lot more context and history. If you want to experience the views and see the pyramids and ruins up close this is a great way to do it.

Everything here was amazing. Tour: our tour is a graduate from the History of UNAM years ago, who researched the bottom of the Pyramid of The Sun in an Archaeology course he took. He grew up in this area and has a passion for his land and its history. Touring with him was a blessing. Ballon: perfect timing, warm vibe, spectacular photography moment. Everything I expected and I was amazed. Private Transportation: we two were picked up by a private car from our hotel and the driver took great care of us. He was with us throughout the tour from the beginning to the end back to our hotel. We felt valued and respected. Breakfast: As a Chinese staying in Mexico for two weeks from Cancun, Tulum, Guanajuato, Saint Miguel to CDMX, I would say I had the best traditional Mexican breakfast here. Can you believe it? It's a personal comment but I guarantee my words.

My boyfriend and I did the hot air balloon excursion and last minute decided to tack on the pyramid tour and had the absolute best day. Transportation was so simple, picked us up from our airbnb and brought right to balloon center. The hot air balloon center was clean, efficient and helpful. The hot air balloon operator and the men on the ground were so kind, funny, and made us feel very safe. The ride was so smooth and stunningly beautiful and i would absolutely recommend this excursion to everyone going to Mexico City!! The pyramid tour after was also fantastic. We were driven from the hot air balloons to breakfast at a very cute restaurant and then dropped at the pyramids w our guide Ruben. He was unbelievably knowledgeable about the pyramids, the history, the art everything. He was the highlight of our day and we learned so much more than we would have if we didn’t have him! He went the extra mile to tell us everything he knew and his passion for this history and his culture was extremely apparent. Ruben was so kind and is local to the area and we got a very authentic view of this part of Mexico. His wife also operates the restaurant we stopped at for breakfast which was so great. Do not skip the guided tour if you love architecture and history! After everything they dropped us right back off at our airbnb! Would 100% highly recommend this entire excursion - it was our favorite day on our trip!!! The trip organizers were also incredibly helpful in changing our reservation and pushing it back a day due to some last minute circumstances and I cannot thank them enough for their help and very speedy communication!!!

TeoTours is a stand up organization. They do their best to provide an enjoyable, scenic and memorable adventure. I went with my girlfriend recently. From the moment I contacted them on Instagram, they were very responsive. After switching to WhatsApp, I asked all of the questions I had and they promptly answered everything in detail. From the moment I booked until the moments after this adventure ended, I feel strongly that they went above and beyond to ensure that we had amazing memories to take home with us. This is highly recommended. It helped that the weather was wonderful but the whole operation ran smoothly and was a fantastic experience.

This experience is the most complete one that you can find to get on a hot air balloon and also walk around the Teotihuacán pyramids. My friend and I were delighted by the tour. First of all, first thing in the morning, you get to ride the hot air balloon over the pyramids, and after this adventurous experience, they take you to a house to have a delicious breakfast. After having breakfast, you get to visit a craftsmanship market that also includes a short tour of aspects of the culture, such as their precious stones and flora and fauna. Lastly, if you opt for it, you can visit the Teotihuacán pyramids and will be back at CDMX before noon, having the whole afternoon for yourself. We had a blast!

Great experience with this company! Punctual pickup at our hotel, smooth ride to and from the Pyramids, and of course an amazing balloon ride. Our driver Ignacio was great as well. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing. Total worth it. Would 100% go again, and with this company. They were professional and felt completely safe. Also very accommodating. Our hotel was not listed on the hotel pick up, but we messages the tour, and they were able to coordinate that. As a non morning person, I will admit I was not happy about it being so early. Dress in LAYERS! It was so cold in the morning! We arrived at the center and they gave us coffee, a snack, a chance to use the toilet as well as the least fun part of the tour, the weigh in. They have to weigh you so that they can evenly distribute the weigh - it is a safety issue. Then, over the balloon. Watching them blow up the balloon was actually really awesome too. Honestly, I guess I never really thought about how they blow them up. Once the balloon was up, your are assigned your area of the basket. Ours had 5 compartments. 4 for the passengers, and 1 for the... I guess we can call him the driver? And then...lift off! It was very smooth. It was much warmer once we were in the air. Weird right? The views were just fantastic. Definitely worth it. After the balloon right, they took us for a breakfast. Breakfast was traditional and very good. They had vegetarian options. We chose the option to do the Teotihuacan pyramids as well, although without a guide. This is where the layers come in handy. It was VERY hot. Luckily we had layers, unlike a lot of our other fellow balloon riders. We did not choose to have a guide, and I think if we were to do it again, I would have liked a guide. Highly recommend!

This was the most amazing thing we have done in quite some time! Yes, it’s an EARLY morning pick up …. But it is so worth it. You arrive in the dark and check in. Coffee and light snack is provided. Then as the sun starts to rise you begin to see a huge field of hot air balloons being prepped. Soaring above the temples is breathtaking! Following the ride you are provided a wonderful breakfast. You do have the option of extending your stay and walking through the temple area for an addition three hours.

Driver got us to and from CDMX in a safe and timely manner. When we arrived at Teotichuacan restaurant (sparse, but a nice, clean mom and pop restaurant, not a touristy gross TGI Friday's type of trap). The owner immediatley asked if we had any dietary restrictions - thankfully not, but much appreciated. Driver and tour guide Ruben took us to ruins. A well, organized, detailed tour that went well over two hours. Afterwards we returned for lunch - a wide selection on the menu - I had the enchilladas with mole, my daughter the tostadas. Excelente! Yes, it was a bit pricey ($150 US per person), but so worth it - going on your own is not easy to navigate, so it was worth every penny!
