          Epic sea safari adventure
An incredible adventure & ticked all the boxes. A great mix of camping, kayaking, snorkelling & hiking. Our guide was super experienced, tents were comfy & we were well fed with delicious food. Will miss those sundowner cheese platters.

          A fantastic day.
This tour is aptly named. Our tour guide Los ensured that it exceeded our expectations, with her knowledge and personality. The snorkelling experience was better than our experience from a boat.

          Just perfect
We had the most fabulous day out with Rosie our guide and a lovely couple from Italy. Rosie picked us up and made us feel very welcome as we set off for Yardie Creek with our pre ordered drinks (much appreciated so early in the morning!) The walk was very peaceful and we saw lots of Rock wallabies just doing their thing. Turquoise Bay wasn’t far away and the colours of the sand, sea and sky were visually stunning. We kitted up with wetsuits (yikes!!) face masks and snorkels and entered the water for our briefing. I hadn’t snorkelled before but Rosie was so helpful and reassuring. She towed me so that I could concentrate on the underwater world below me and I was overwhelmed by sights of the marine life, coral and turtles. Morning tea and lunch were great as were the other stops. Rosie has so much local knowledge to share and she is passionate about this beautiful area of Western Australia. Thanks for an amazing experience.

A great way to experience Ningaloo Reef, without the crowds On a 3-Day Sea Kayak, Snorkel and Beach Camp Tour.
We enjoyed every moment of this exceptional tour. Our guide, Rob, shared his knowledge on the history of the region, packing/paddling kayaks, snorkelling tips as well as preparing delicious and hearty meals. The gear provided, including kayaks, wet suits, snorkelling gear, tents, sleeping bags, chairs, eating utensils etc were of a high quality. Rob took lots of underwater and general photos of our group, which he shared at the end of the tour.

Great mix of walk, paddle and snorkel.
Great tour - 5 day ultimate safari snorkel, paddle and walk. Lead guide Rosie and Tara were excellent. Patient, knowledgeable, organised, hard working. Lots of turtles and rays. Paddling was easily managed by people with limited paddle skills, ditto snorkelling but always better if you have these skills. Food was outstanding, variety of the short hikes, snorkel, paddle and visitor centre well balanced. Highly recommended.

Don't over think this one. Just do it!
Great guide. Very knowledgeable, thorough and safety conscious. Saw a turtle on the paddle out. We were about 800m out from the shore but the spot where we anchored was quite shallow (waist deep) which made getting in and out of the kayaks easy. Lots of fish in the water. Viz about 10 metres. I normally kayak and snorkel by myself but it was nice to be in this nice group of people. We had an 80 yo lady with us. She could paddle as good as any of us and our guide made sure she was looked after when it came time to snorkel!

Sophie and Danika were great! We all really enjoyed the hike and snorkel, and had the added bonus of stopping at other touristy spots! All of us are super grateful for such an amazing experience! Thank you Sophie and Danika for today!

Rosie and Danika led a first class Safari.
Rosie and Danika were excellent tour guides, providing healthy and tasty meals. They kept us safe and were very patient if we were new to snorkeling or kayaking. Danika was passionate about marine biology and provided many interesting stories about the marine environment. It was a memorable experience that will be long remembered.

5 day Kayaking and snorkelling from base camp
This was a wonderful way to experience Ningaloo in the very safe hands of Rosie and Danica. Their enthusiasm and knowledge of the area and marine life was appreciated. There was a great balance of paddling and snorkelling different sections of the Ningaloo reef each day. Great thought and consideration was made regarding wind direction to consider the paddling conditions for less experienced paddlers. The tents were very comfortable with a foam mattress, pillow and doona . The food was superb through the whole trip. We not only saw amazing underwater marine life but also met lovely people to spend the 5 days with. We would highly recommend this trip

          Disappointing photos
In a group of 4 for day trip kayaking and snorkeling on the reef a total of 72 photos none of myself and my kayaking partner very disappointing nothing to show family or friends of my day on the reef. What made it worse plenty of photos of the other kayaking couple

Not enough time in the water to see much marine life
Our family of 2 adults and 3 kids did this tour 2 weeks ago. Overall we were disappointed. Our tour guide Rob was very friendly and informative, and we enjoyed that the group was small, just 7 people. However, for a “half day tour” of 3.5hrs, we actually snorkelled for about 20-30mins in total. The rest of the time was spent getting wetsuits on, preparing to kayak and going through all the instructions, followed by a lot of kayaking in strong winds. Our group snorkelled for a very short time, some people saw a turtle, but only for a few seconds as it swam away. Though we know there are never any guarantees we will see turtles in a “Turtle Tour,” we felt this was a very expensive tour for a family of 5, given that our time actually in the water was too short to see much at all.

          Wonderful from start to finish!
Do yourself a favour and book Ningaloo in a Day with Exmouth Adventure Co! This tour was perfect for me as a solo traveler, and novice hiker and snorkeler. Hiking Yardie Creek is tough, and drift snorkeling on Turquoise Bay needs knowledge of entry and exit points. Our guides for the day, Kayleigh and Sophie, were informative and kind. I saw wildlife and fossils that I wouldn’t have noticed on my own. They took care of our safety, catered to all levels of fitness and experience, and were lots of fun too. Without this tour I wouldn’t have had the confidence to do these activities on my own. My dietary requirements were catered for, and I learnt a lot about Exmouth’s history - both modern and ancient. I will gladly be booking another tour from Exmouth Adventure Co’s experiences when I return to this beautiful part of the world.

          Unbeatable
I could not speak highly enough about this tour and our fabulous, professional and friendly guide for the day - Kayleigh. We saw wallabies, bats, ospreys and stunning views before snorkelling with turtles. Lifetime memories were made. Our huge thanks to Kayleigh who was so warm and lovely throughout and who made the snorkelling experience absolutely out of this world while also looking out for our 11 year old so I could focus on the turtles beneath! Thank you!

          Best of both worlds!
We embarked on the 4-day trek and kayak combination, and it surpassed all expectations! Experiencing both land and sea over these days was absolutely phenomenal. During our hike, Ian guided us to the most breathtaking lookout on the range, where we camped in solitude, overlooking the ocean beneath a canopy of stunning stars. Ian's extensive knowledge of local flora and fauna enriched our adventure, and he even helped us spot a few rock wallabies. The kayaking portion of the trip, led by Rob, was equally outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure our enjoyment, finding the perfect secluded beach for camping, preparing delicious, fresh meals, and selecting prime snorkeling spots. Every detail was meticulously planned, making us feel truly spoilt throughout the entire experience.

This tour was definitely my personal highlight of our holidays. Our guide was fantastic - very knowledgable and she chose a great snorkelling spot and lunch spot for the weather conditions (we had quite a windy day). Initially I wanted to book the half day tour as I wasn’t sure if one would have to be superfit for the full day tour (I’m in my early 50 ies and moderately fit) but the full day tour was perfectly fine for my fitness levels. Our guide told us a lot about the reef and marine life and it felt very safe snorkelling with her. We saw turtles, rays, lots of beautiful fish and coral. I was really stoked when an osprey came very close on the beach during a break! I thoroughly recommend this tour, it’s a wonderful way of exploring the reef.

What a fantastic experience! Very professionally organised with gear for people who forgot, even things like hats and sunglasses (polarised glasses really help see into the water) and waterproofing bags.

Great snorkels with amazing corals, fish, and even dolphins! My kids thought this was the best snorkel we had during 2 weeks in Exmouth and Coral Bay, so that's a very high standard.

The kayaking was a lot of fun, although with a strong current and wind you might have sore arms!

We enjoyed our day kayaking and snorkelling. The tour was well organised although weather and wildlife are unpredictable. Kayleigh was a friendly and informative guide. We brought our own snorkelling gear but everything including long sleeved sunshirts and hats could be provided. It was a windy day which provided a wind assisted advantage for a one way paddle, but did make for choppier waters. As it was a small group Kayleigh could respond to particular requests from the group, she was particularly considerate when my husband began to feel unwell. Morning tea and lunch was provided and were both tasty and generous. Kayleigh set up a small tent in strong winds to prevent food becoming sandy. It was difficult to see wildlife from the surface in the conditions but we did see a range of fish and coral, and a glimpse of a shark while snorkelling as well as some passing dolphins and a quick turtle. Photos were available some time later, but we would recommend you take your own camera if you want a personal memory of the trip. It was a good way to view this beautiful place from the water.

We have been lucky enough to with with mantarays, whalesharks and do this tour on our holiday. Can honestly say while all experiences were different they have been equally amazing.

This tour, which had six people on it, is definitely the most intimate and relaxed experience and Neri is a wonderful guide. We visited some magical spots, crystal clear with beautiful wildlife including some turtles. Neri took some beautiful photos to preserve the memory.

We are both 40 something with very avearge fitness and have two kids 9 + 13. The kayaking was no problem; nor was getting back into the kayak from the ocean.

Amazing sealife! Turtles, sharks, stingrays and millions of fish. Neil our guide kept us informed throughout the day about the region, fed us well and guided us beautifully around the coral. I would definitely do this again. The water temp is cool in June, so thanks for the wetsuits supplied!

Travelling solo, I had an amazing tour! We were blessed with good weather and saw some amazing wildlife!
We had a tour guide named Daniel, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the area. There was a well catered morning tea and lunch (I did not miss out being gluten free and vego!!)
Daniel definitely had our safety in mind and with a small group it definitely felt more relaxing than some other tours. Could not recommend enough!!

We chased a shark around, watched turtles hurtling around and saw a million fish. All with the expert but relaxed guidance of Elijah who is a massive legend. What a cracking day.

We don’t splurge on many organized tours but agreed this was 110% worth it. We spent a few days beforehand snorkeling on our own which was amazing, but this day was easily the highlight.

My 3 day kayaking tour was a definite highlight of my visit to Exmouth. Guide, Elijah was well organized, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the local sea life, terrain, currents, and history. He knew where to find all the turtles and rays during our snorkeling excursions, and he was an exceptional chef. We enjoyed the right amount of kayaking and snorkeling with plenty of lunch and snack breaks; plenty of exercise, but not overly rigorous. We camped in Camp Range National Park, and also did some short hikes one day (and saw rock wallabies). An absolutely fun tour. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing time! Highly recommend to anyone, the best way to explore Ningaloo is in a kayak! Tour guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was provided all I needed was water and sunscreen. I will be coming back and definitely doing one of their longer camping/kayaking adventures. Thank you for making my trip one of the most memorable holidays of my life.

We booked the 5 day base camp excursion through Southern Sea Ventures. We were very happy with the trip,, but especially want to congratulate our 3 guides - Haley, Kayleigh and Elle (training)

They were excellent in all departments - explanations, planning, safety, and cooking. The whole experience was made fun and they were so willing to help us older folk in and out of the kayaks out near the reef for snorkelling.

Their attention to detail, bus driving, knowledge of fish and the local environment etc was superb.

I was also impressed by the standard of the equipment we were issued by the company. The wetsuits, flippers snorkels, vests, gloves etc. made for very comfortable trips.

Thank you for such a great time.
