The Jewel Cave is amazing. 250 steps down and have to return but worth the experience through the cave. Claire our guide was very informative and could answer all our questions. If you like looking at caves this is an amazing cave to visit.

Make sure you book a head. We missed out seeing this cave. Look under Margaret River Caves. They only do aloted times during the day and can only fit so many people in their per time allowment.

Jewel Cave is the best display of limestone formations in a single location that I have visited. Our Guide , Tony, was expert and enthusiastic making our experience even better.

Well worth a visit. The tour was informative & enjoyable. Just the right length of time. Also a nice little coffee shop on site.

Amazing cave experience. Photos don’t do it justice. We did it with our 2 children aged 11 and 6. Richard was our tour guide and he was fantastic! We ate lunch at the cafe which was delicious. We’re a family of 3 coeliacs and there were lots of gluten free options (without the extra surcharge you usually get)

Great tour, very easy pace for people of any age. Stairs and handrails throughout the cave and easy parking.

Really worth paying a visit. 1 hour long guided tour which was very informative. Fantastic stalagmites and stalactites taking 1000’s of years to form. Need to have certain amount of fitness and there are stairs down and stairs up and a slight increase in carbon dioxide levels.

I had never visited a cave before visiting Jewel Cave and was not disappointed. Our guide was passionate about geology and history and made the hour visit seem to pass in moments. The staff were top notch and very open and kind.

You enter this cave via a huge sinkhole. A recent bushfire destroyed a lot of the infrastructure and it was re-opened only ten days before our visit. The sinkhole into the cave is breath-taking, but not nearly as amazing as the floating table feature in the cave. As a "lake" still exists in this cave, unlike the other ones in the region, many of the stalactites and stalagmites are still active. Would definitely recommend visiting this cave

Jewel Cave is the largest tourist cave in WA's southwest. It has three massive chambers, with spectacular formations, It has a long straw, which is one of the largest in Australia. It's well worth a visit if you are in the Margaret River area.

Fantastic cave system and fantastic guide. The cave system is extremely impressive and the walking track through is well laid out and easy to navigate. It can be a bit hard going on the way out as the cave is deep, but it is certainly accessible to anyone of reasonable fitness and mobility. Our guide (unfortunately I can’t remember his name), was extremely friendly, personable highly knowledgeable and his ‘dad jokes’ kept the mood light cheerful throughout the trip. Overall it was a fantastic experience and great value for money.

There were only myself and my husband on the tour which was really good because we were able to ask our guide lots of questions. The cave was amazing and so much to look at . Our guide was Murray and he was very informative and professional and was able to answer all our questions . I have visited many caves over the years but this was my best experience. Thanks to our guide Murray.
