It was absolutely amazing! We had the best time! Giorgos and Tonia told us everything about the wines and Santorini, answered all our questions, the wines were delicious, visited the wine museum, perfect dinner and a beautiful sunset. They were very kind, caring, helpful, funny and local so knew everything.. the winehouses were great, the car very comfortable.. What more can you wish for? I totally recommend it to everyone who wants to get to know more about the Santorini wines and the island, in great company.

A truly fabulous wine tour with lovely people. We did the sunset tour that commenced around 4.30pm , visiting 3 different vineyards and sampling around 12 different wines, including a meal at the second vineyard.
Tonia and George really make the experience very special , great humour and knowledge - genuinely passionate about what they do.
The last vineyard we visited had incredible views of the sunset.
Would highly recommend this tour for anyone that has an interest in wine and learning more about the island and its traditions.

This was a very comprehensive wine tour. The guide was knowledgable, very personable, and knew how to gear the information to our level.
We visited three very different wineries with different focus and ambiance. The food and wine pairings were well chosen and we learned to taste the wine first without the food and then with. We never felt rushed. The sunset location could have been better because there was a building in the way of the horizon, but the location for the wine tasting was otherwise excellent. I would highly recommend this tour for the quality and quantity. It was well worth the expense. Beware that the time change meant that our tour started 3 hours earlier than advertised because sunset was an hour earlier.

This was the highlight of our trip in Greece! George and Tonia were fantastic tour guides and made this trip to Santorini even more unforgettable. They are locals that are truly passionate about wine and sharing their knowledge with visitors.
Our hotel recommended this tour and it was beyond anything we could have asked for. The wineries were beautiful, wine was delicious, food was fantastic and views were incredible. Since my wife and I were the only ones in the group, it didn't feel like a wine tour but more like we went out exploring with old friends who taught us about Santorini wine and culture.
Probably one of the best tours I've ever been on and would highly recommend to all our family and friends.

We had a really lovely time with Nikolas on this informative tour ending with a highlight of a chilled glass of wine as the sun went down. We went to 3 wineries all beautifully presented with tasting and enjoyed a lovely meal with accompanying wines. Nikolas was a great guide, not overloading us with too many facts and leaving us space to enjoy the wines and the company of the other guests on the tour. Would highly recommend and think it gives great value for money having experienced Santorini wine and food prices!

Rafael, our tour guide was great! He’s also sommelier so he was very knowledgeable on the wines and the origin in Greece. Very, very friendly and very accommodating. There were a total of 6 on the tour and besides,our friends met a really nice couple and the husband was in the US Air Force. Had great conversations during the tastings and dinner. Went to two wineries for some good wine tastings and a third winery where we had a glass of wine to watch the amazing sunset. Dinner was very good. We didn’t feel rushed during the tastings and dinner. It was a very leisurely and fun night. Rafael was the best! Would do another tour with him instantly. Had a nice pairing snacks at first winery. If I would provide one suggestion, it would be to provide a full glass of wine with your main course at dinner. That would have made the night perfect!

George and Tonia embraced me and my wife as friends from the moment they picked us up for the tour. They are both incredibly personable and their back and forth banter was enjoyable throughout the evening. Tonia is very knowledgeable on the overall wine business in Santorini and was extremely detailed when discussing the three wineries we visited. Both George and Tonia are natives of Santorini and shared many details about the island, the people, the culture, and the traditions of their proud people. We left the wine tour with more facts and figures than we gained on all of our other excursions combined. The wine selections and food pairings were spot on. I highly recommend Santorini Wine Stories if you are looking for a full 4 hours of education, history, laughter, and gaining two new friends. You might even get invited to some special family festivities.

Fantastic experience! A must try when in Santorini. Our guide, Raphael was great, there wasn’t a thing he didn’t know about the wineries we visited and answered every question without hesitation. We visited 3 wineries, with a 5 course dinner at the second winery which was fabulous and ended the tour at the most beautiful settings with a breathtaking Sunset. I would 100% recommend this to anyone visiting Santorini!

During our time in Santorini, we asked the concierge at our hotel if we could get on a wine tour, and she booked us with this one. It turned out to be one of our most favorite things our whole trip. Giorgos & Tonia are kind, knowledgeable, funny, and make you feel like you're a part of their family. We had the absolute best time, laughing, drinking amazing wine, and eating incredible food. We continued to tell every single person we saw after that to book a wine tour with them. It was an experience I'll remember forever, and already looking forward to seeing them again next time we go to Santorini!

Rafael was probably the best tour guide we have ever had. He guided us through a lot of wine tasting as well as kept us engaged with the whole group. He is also a great storyteller. The wines he picked for us were unique and beyond our expectations. The wineries were beautiful and each one has a different background story. I would say our favourite was the second one, where we also had five different meal pairings with the perfect match of wine.
Overall, this experience was really beyond our expectations and we would recommend it to any of our friends looking for a chill and memorable day in Santorini.
