Honestly all I can say is the food is yummy, but the class itself is way to long. The market visit could be skipped or alternatively some of her prep could be already prepared more then they already do.

Chef Tommy was incredibly engaging, encouraging and excellent in imparting his skills and recipes to us. It was a great time of learning how to prepare traditional Balinese food and getting to enjoy it together afterwards. So yummy and fun!!!

Hi, you actually do the cooking, they teach you, hands on how to make the base pastes for each of the recipes and you actually cook each item on the list in your group.
