We had a wonderful experience with Cuong and his team. At first I was a little nervous because the website I used to book the tour was not very user friendly. I chat with Cuong and he helped me booked the tour and arranged the tour. Everything went so smoothly, our driver and tour guide, Mr. Nam was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My husband was sick half of the trip due to the train ride there and they both were so understanding and very accommodating. The caves was amazing!!! Paradise Cave is on land with some walking and Phong Nha cave is by water (boat ride into cave). We definitely will book again.

Our family of four (mum, dad and two teenage boys) did the Phong Nha Cave adventure tour (4.5km by Kayak). What a great day. It was a perfect mix of kayaking, exploring and relaxing. There was some climbing / rock-hopping involved, which is slow going and takes some care, but you don’t need to be an experienced rock climber or need special skills, and the guides are always there to help with the more difficult parts. Our Vietnamese guides were friendly and enthusiastic, spoke English well, and prepared a lovely lunch. Based on just this one tour we would recommend a visit to Pho Nha to anyone, and we will be returning to visit more caves and try other experiences in Phong Nha Cave.

We had an excellent time on this tour. Both caves were spectacular. Never seen anything quite like it. Luna (our guide) was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Lunch was great (huge portions) and drop off/pick up from our hotel was very smooth. Highly recommend this tour guide company if you're looking to check out the caves in Phong Nha

Had an awesome day. Paradise cave was spectacular. Dark cave was great also with an entertaining guide that got everyone involved and into it. Really enjoyed swimming into the cave and having two great contrasting experiences. Everyone was punctual and efficient. And as a vegan, really appreciated being catered for so easily and having a good lunch. Awesome! Thank you

We had a great tour from Binh, Paradise Cave is very impressive! Phong Nah cave was flooded, so we only saw the entrance. Nice boatride though.

The paradies Cave was really big and beautyfull! I would really recommed to visit the caves. We went to the botenical gardens instaed of the Phong Nah cave. That wasn't really special. We had a really nice tourguide!

Great day out and everything was easy. Our tour guide Nam was lovely and very informative, and he made sure everything went smoothly. We were picked up on time, the transport was comfortable and air conditioned. Paradise cave was amazing. There are a decent number of stairs to get to/from the entrance and to get into and out of the cave but it was easy and manageable. Well worth the visit. We stopped for a large share platter for lunch which was included in the tour. Great meal. Then on to Phong Nha caves by boat. You view the cave from the boat and then you stop for a walk through the caves before heading back on the boat. Spectacular.

Amazing trip, great communication and lovely staff! Gave lots of information during the trip and took plenty of pictures for us. Even dropped us of in Dong Hoi after the trip so we could get our overnight train. Would recommend them to anyone.
