Almost everything was great! The only disappointment was the cancellation of our Mobsters and Haunted Mysteries Of Chicago Walking Tour. The Tour company decided to cancel it because there were not enough guests for the tour. That Tour was one of the reasons I decided for the Go City pass that is more expensive than other city passes. Also we couldn’t ride the Centennial Wheel…I still doesn’t know why because on the website was available but there were no one to attend us over there, the ride was closed but no signs of schedule availability’s

Bought the “all inclusive “ pass and half of the attractions were closed or sold out… but open for the explorer pass .. mmm I’m pretty sure they can add the boat trip to the all inclusive pass from the ones running in the explorer pass . At least one .. seems odd that if you pay the cheapest pass you can pick a boat trip but if you pay the all inclusive pass there’s no boats running on the season lol … so how it’s off season for one but still open and running for the other one ? It’s all a scam … just go with the cheapest one and do the same 5 attractions

What an amazing city beautiful skyline. So much to do with the Go City pass so many choices. The entertainering driver on the hop on off bus. The Bean at Millennium park. 360 Chicago wow what a view. Shedd Aquarium I love the Beluga. Into the stars at the Adler planatariun. What a rush on the Seadog Architecture boat tour. The highs from the Millennium wheel. The haunted gangster tour was so interesting. The pass was such a great deal I saved so much money. Fully recommended 🙂

Great bang for your buck and easy to book your activities. Great value. I will definitely buy ti's pass every time on vacation.

I brought chicago all inclusive city pass for my family for October 2024. When I started to visit places children museum in chicago said I have to pay for my infant and I paid 26$ for him . Some attractions said it's height requirement for my children. They said your children can not go inside because of height. Some places allow only some attractions inside. You have to pay extra if you have to do some activities. My children not fun at all. Please refund money for my children pass. You can reach me out on hir_patel1988@yahoo.com

Had to cancel trip last minute due to family emergency. Cancelled through their website like the rep on the phone told us to. Received an email 2 days later saying they would only be refunding 1/2 of what we paid because we used 2 days worth. Umm no! We had reservations but cancelled them due to not being able to make the trip. We did everything we were told to on their website to cancel and request a refund only to be told by the e rep on the phone that we did not do it correctly. I am sure it is a language barrier issue. Will not be using this again!!! EVER!!! Don’t do it!!

We purchased GoCity tickets for a family trip to Chicago. Unfortunately, while the trip was amazing, the GoCity purchase did not live up to the savings that we expected. Many of the things that we wanted to do thru the GoCity options were not available - even though both GoCity’s app and the individual websites for these items showed that they were open. Overall, there is a lot to do in Chicago & I do not think that GoCity is the partner that you should utilize.

The value in the card was excellent. My only complaint is that the bus tours were disappointing this time. The pre-recorded stuff is boring. I have done the hop on hop off several times and I always enjoyed the drivers perspective and personal approach to the tour. The people working on the sidewalks weren't always very friendly and mostly seemed annoyed when we had questions.

The passes did not work correctly and customer service took forever to get ahold of then was very rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Only was able to use one of the three days we purchased and they denied even partial refund.

It was a fantastic way to see as many Chicago attractions in a short amount of time. We went all out and saw lots in our 2 day pass ! It worked out value for money !

So much to see and do!! Good value but GREAT value the more you do. 👏 Esoecualky good was the Big Bus Tours abd the skyscraper offers..

They have limited tickets to major attractions and require reservations. They don't let you reserve well in advance and run out of available tickets. I called the sears towers directly and they seemed to have plenty of tickets but go-city couldn't offer any tickets.

Awesome pass, we could do so many activities, went to so many museums, the aquarium, the planetarium, Chicago activities, tours, all included

Go City Pass for Boston was a good value...many options. We enjoy the hop on, hop off bus to start and then choose what we want to do... We did many tours. The Liberty Ride was awesome!

The best deal in town. So many choices and for so little money. Anyone seeking to spend more than a few days in Chicago should buy the Go City Pass.
