Previously responded on the bike tour, sorry about that, but Segway tour was about 2 hrs and Southbound. Started at garden across the street then towards grant park, Buckingham fountain, football stadium, museums, small stop at lake and back to south garden. Not sure about "north" route.

Including orientation, our two-hour tour lasted just under 2.5 hours. It probably varies based on how much time the people in your group need to feel comfortable on the Segway before heading out for the tour.
