This was a great tour of the lights and history. Tom is the greatest. I would recommend this tour and would definitely book it again. It is definitely better with just your party.

Our guide 'Diane' was there to greet us when we arrived and, as it was an unusually chilly morning, provided blankets for the tour which made it very comfortable. Her local history knowledge is extensive and she was able to answer all of our questions. The 4 of us were extremely satisfied with the tour and felt it really enhanced our visit to St. Augustine!

We toured the Nights of Lights with Sarah and loved it! She was very informative and easy to talk with. She showed us the main streets of lights, sharing history about the town, architecture, and traditions of the town’s holiday season. Being locals, we also wanted to tour the side streets and this tour did not disappoint! We usually take the trolly tours, but being in a smaller vehicle, we were able to travel the narrower streets and zig zag through the traffic. We loved it and will do it again next year!

We called Gold Tours repeatedly because it appeared to be a better alternative for us. Got no answer on one call, left messages on their voice mail (never returned), got put off on another call ("I'm about to take a tour group right now; call later.") We could book online but not for a city tour. If we wanted to take a Ghost Tour or another specialty tour, we could do so. They may have been under-staffed the week we were there.

Dale was a great guide who customized our tour very quickly. We learned a lot about the history of the city, a very personalized experience. He even took us to a restaurant for lunch.

Tom is very personable and informative. Really specific with his dates. I think what we enjoyed the most was it was just us on the tour. Small, so we could get closer to buildings, etc.

Tom was a great guide. Very interesting and included our three kids. We walked away seeing all major sites as well as many interesting spots off the beaten path. Great way to see the city!

We had the most wonderful tour by Diane Friday morning. I booked the tour for myself, mother, grandma, and young son. It was perfect as my mom and grandma can’t walk far so they got to see the city and it was perfect for them. When we got there Diane had provided blankets and it was very thoughtful as it was more windy then I thought it would be. I have been in Jacksonville since 2019 and have been to St Augustine many times and this tour definitely left me with a new appreciation for the city and highlighted some new museums and places to first. I love that she focused more about the city then the fort which we’ve been to many times. We explored the surrounding streets and beautiful homes and history. Wonderful tour and great information. Well worth the experience.

Enjoyed everything! Tom was very informative and made the tour lots of fun! He interacted with my daughter and son’s girlfriend who are both 18 and kept their attention as well as us older folks. We learned a couple things we didn’t know about st Augustine. Can’t wait to take the history tour.

Dale was a fount of information on the history and character of St. Augustine. He had answers for all of our questions and exhibited enormous patience as we hopped on and off his golf cart to snap photos, examine artifacts, or go to the bathroom. It was fun, interesting and a delightful way to spend a morning.

Private guided night of lights tour. Tom was a great guide. Took us to places none of the other tours would do. Knew everything about the history of the town and buildings and kept us engaged the entire trip. Highly recommend and would do another tour.
