Itinerary

Make your way to a central location in Key West, then board a catamaran sailboat for an hourlong trip to an anchorage, enjoying great views of the Florida Keys from the spacious deck.

The day can be as active or as relaxed as you want, with the option to join a kayak tour around a mangrove island, snorkel the coral reef, swim off the boat, or just enjoy the sun on deck. A full breakfast and a buffet lunch will be served on board the boat, along with free-flowing beer, wine, soft drinks, and sangria. Throughout the day on the catamaran, keep an eye on the water to spot marine wildlife, especially the dolphins that sometimes play in the wake of the boat.

This full-day tour concludes at the original departure point.

I believe so. You would just stay on the boat if you didn't want to swim or kayak. I would look at some of the other tour operators and see if they offer something more to your liking.
