Overview
This Destin dolphin-watching cruise takes you out on the Gulf of Mexico in search of wildlife like dolphins, sharks, and stingrays in their natural habitat. Not only is this tour a fun and informative way to pass the afternoon, but it is limited to a small number of people, making for a friendly and intimate outing that’s perfect for families.
What to Expect
Your tour begins after you make your way to the Destin Harbor waterfront. Meet your captain-guide and set sail in the Gulf of Mexico, admiring views of the famously blue waters and white-sand shoreline as you go.

The small boat gives this tour a more personalized feel, so you can ask your guide plenty of questions—perfect for families with curious kids—while shade cloth keeps you comfortable on board.

During the tour, your guide provides information about the local wildlife and helps you spot animals like dolphins, stingrays, loggerhead turtles, and sharks. Loop around Crab Island, a sandbar only reachable by boat, before returning to Destin Harbor.

MUST DO!

This tour is a must do! Both of the guides were amazing. We saw tons of dolphins. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fun morning with my bestie. We had 10 am departure and we got out 10 minutes later. Water was beautiful and calm but a little bumpy going through the pass. The two guy crew found a group of dolphins and actually maneuvered towards them and...More

Family Sightseeing Tour

The smaller setting on the Screaming Eagle was perfect for our family. No crowded boat to wrestle with for our children to view the dolphins, sharks, and a sea turtle.

We went around 10AM and saw plenty. We also went deep sea fishing another day and saw a bunch between 7AM and 10AM. I would ask the charter for that timeframe you are looking at to confirm.
