We booked Mountain Star for our winter ski trip in Vail/Beaver Creek. We had a top notch experience, from the moment we booked until we were dropped at our final destination. We had considered renting a car, but with the car rental (and uncertainty we'd receive a 4X4 equipped for winter weather) and parking fees, the pricing of this car service was comparable. Communication from the company and the driver was excellent throughout. The car was immaculate both times. Our driver for both trips was Michael. He was on time, professional and very knowledgable of the roads. We hit some winter weather on the way back and Michael navigated the roads in a safe and expert manner. We highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a car service.

DO NOT BOOK this car service!!! My family and I travel A LOT and this was the worst we have ever experienced! I was called 1 day before our trip saying our pick up time would be pushed back an hour without any apologies or discount on their part for inconveniencing me and my family. The car that showed up was not the car I paid for. I paid for a black car service not a white transit van. Our driver drove like a maniac! We all felt unsafe! Our guess is he was in a hurry to pick the next guest since they pushed back our time. He drove crazy and way too fast in the express lines almost all the way to Breck. So crazy that my 18 month old became very car sick about 20min before getting to Breck. And if you’ve been to Breck before you know it doesn’t take an hour or less to get there from the Denver area. Also, strangely we knew the town of Breck better than the driver who claimed to have lived there already. He took us to the wrong place initially and I could’ve gotten us exactly where we needed to be only being there 8 times in my life. Do yourself a favor book Black Mountain Limo service—they were excellent and better priced!!

The car service was top-notch, no worries. Transportation in Breckenridge is challenging and expensive but it’s Breckenridge. You aren’t going to find any better maybe a couple of bucks cheaper but don’t do it. This the one you want. Great drivers, nice cars, good communication.

My family and I were stuck at Snowmass/Aspen airport after our flight was canceled. We need it desperately to get back to Denver that evening and many of the companies I called we’re already booked we’re not taking any new passengers. I spoke with mountain cars and they were extremely courteous, they were able to get a driver within 30 to 45 minutes to the airport. Abbos was very friendly, professional and drove safely and efficiently. He knew the roads extremely well. He even had a department of transportation app already downloaded on his phone so that when they closed I 70 he knew exactly when they re-opened it and we were able to get on the highway within 10 minutes of it re-opening. We drove through snow as well as fog. The Mercedes sprinter van was very clean and comfortable and fit all 12 of us with our big bags!! What great service and what a great company!

Received a text from Bill with comprehensive instructions of where to meet outside the Airport and times applicable to his movements. He provided a great experience for us with his knowledge of the area and stop off points en route to Aspen. The vehicle presented immaculately with plenty of water available for the trip. In short it made the trip quicker and certainly immeasurably better than catching a bus or shuttle.
