Our Browns Canyon full day trips are the most popular white water rafting tours in the country! Recently designated a national monument, this beloved section of the Arkansas river boasts 16 miles of class II-III+ whitewater rapids that really are perfect for your whole family. Whether you’re a first time rafter, or an experienced paddler, Browns Canyon is the place for you!

We invite you to spend the day with us experiencing Colorado's infamous Arkansas River. This trip is customized for all ages and ability levels. Begin your day at our Buena Vista whitewater outpost where we have everything that you and your family will need for this wet and exciting ride. You'll have the opportunity to get to know a member of our professional and well trained guiding staff as we give you a 5+ hour, extraordinary and personalized tour of the Browns Canyon National Monument. We take our half day river trip one step further by adding 6 more miles of action-packed fun. Your full day of rafting also includes a fully prepared, gourmet and locally sourced riverside lunch. You'll have the chance to take in the majestic views of Colorado's Collegiate Peaks and to spot all of the amazing and protected wildlife in the Browns Canyon. Low water trip

We did a full day trip through Numbers and Fractions when the water was running about 325cfm. We had 7 in our group including my 70 year old mother. Since the water was low it was quite a challenge to get around all the rocks....More

excellent trip

Excellent trip, great guide Hannah. She made the day physically exciting and educational at the same time. Highly recommended. If you have kids, ask to ride with Hannah.
