Overview

Cover all of the spread-out, must-see sights of Los Angeles on this flexible hop-on hop-off bus tour. Skip the hassle of navigating the city's legendary traffic while riding in an open-top, double-decker bus, which stops at 50 locations throughout the city, including downtown LA, Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Beverly Hills. Choose between 24-, 48-, or 72-hour tickets to suit your schedule and budget.

What to Expect

Voucher in hand, arrive at Grauman's Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard, the hub for both the Red and Blue lines, to board a bus. Alternatively, hop aboard at any stop along the route; buses come by every 20 to 40 minutes.

From there, experience the sights of Los Angeles without navigating the legendary traffic or hunting for a parking spot. At any of the 50 stops along the route, hop off to explore further, and catch the next bus to proceed along the route.

While on the bus, you can choose a covered seat in the lower portion or take advantage of panoramic views from the open-top deck. Highlights from the six routes include the Walt Disney Concert Hall, Sunset Strip, Santa Monica Farmers Market, Hollywood Bowl, and Venice Boardwalk. Most tours run from 7:30am to 9pm, but may vary by line and season. Call to confirm.

Disappointing.

Purchased 2x two-day passes on 27 Nov 18 for $128USD ($175AUD). Safe to say we did not get our moneys worth. The intention for the first day was to spend it in Santa Monica which meant a connecting bus via Beverly Hills. Once we got...More

Really the only way to see LA if you only have a short time

A series of four bus routes vaguely connecting with each other; we did the downtown loop followed by the Hollywood loop, and that is as much as you want to do in a day as it is really tiring especially in stop start traffic. That...More

Not a Great Way to See LA

I've been on hop on hop off buses before, but the Starline Tour was only okay. The pre-recorded audio was fairly boring, for a city with so much history there were often 10-15 min with no commentary. The worst part was as we transferred between...More

We paid USD$128 for out family to use this service for 1 day. The ticket seller stated that 1 day would be more than enough to get everything I listed done. Sadly, this was not correct and we were not informed prior that they had...More

You have to get off at the numbers. They are in good locations to get to most things. And found it easy to change lines where a stop was for 2 different routes. We had a 2 day ticket and found Sunday was a good day to head... More

Doug A and Steve G gave excellent answers to you question. The only other comment is that sometimes there can be a long wait for a connecting bus, so need to have a well planned day.
