Healdsburg Wine Tasting Bike Tour
USD 175.00
Overview

Ride new Giant brand hybrid bikes (with nice comfortable seats 10-17 miles through the beautiful Dry Creek Valley along country roads with vineyards on the side. Customize your Healdsburg wine tour with the help of your professional guide by choosing your wine favorites and whether you prefer to ride more or taste more. The tour size is 2 to 6 people which makes for an intimate ride. We do take larger groups. On this tour, you'll get a chance to stop at 3 to 4 small and family owned wineries. A gourmet wine country lunch will also be provided at one of the stops.

What to Expect
Meet and greet at 10am at the decided location. After bike fitting and rules of the road, your guide will lead you through the vineyards to the first winery.  At the completion of the tasting, you'll get back on the bike and continue the ride to your next stop. Cheese and crackers will be served at this location.

Back on the bikes to head to the next winery visit and lunch. This gourmet picnic lunch includes your choice of beef, salmon, or chicken, and fresh local ingredients will be served including pasta salad, hummus, green salad, and dessert.  After lunch, the guest has a choice of more bike riding or another winery stop. The tour will finish at the starting location. The tour agenda is customized to meet guest expectations and each rider will receive a t-shirt.

In total, you'll ride between 8 to 17 miles through Dry Creek Valley on this tour. A few featured wines will be Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Red Blends, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. This small and intimate experience is built for your tastes. You'll be able to chat with your guide before the tour and a full day of riding and tasting will be planned out according to your preferred tastes!

My wife and I had a wonderful day of touring and tasting with Dave, Joy, and Jordan--a real family business (although after about 10 minutes together it felt like touring with friends rather than a business). Dave gave us a range of options, in terms...More

Our tour included the tasting fees. I would email the owner and specifically ask, but our group’s tour had them included.
