About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- SaschaRohner0 contributionsExpectations by far exceededWe just came back from a coffee tour with Eli and Max. Firstly, we walked with Eli through the city of Moshi to the roastery and he provided us with a lot of information about local life and customs. The way back we had a fun tuktuk ride. Arriving at the roastery, we learned everything of the process from harvesting of the fruit to the ground coffee. We saw and touched the beans at the different stages and enjoyed a live roasting. We talked about auction strategies (it‘s like poker), the global coffee market, starbucks and much more. Max was so knowledgeable and willing to share his treasure of knowhow. We could feel his passion in every sentence and we highly recommend joining on of the tours while you are in MoshiWritten 12 January 2023
