- forstern20230 contributionsSplendidThe Kigali City Tour was a beautiful experience and most importantly was the tour guide Mr Jabil. He made the tour worth every bit of the time spent. He is very friendly, full of energy and vast in the cultural knowledge and history of Rwanda and its neighbouring counties. After the tour with him I felt like visiting DR Congo 🇨🇩 ☺️. I enjoyed my tour and visit to Kigali. Thank you Sahihi Africa Tours, Thank you to Mr Jabil.Written 20 April 2024
- 24gracen0 contributionsBest Kigali TourThis city tour was the absolute highlight of our trip because of the amazing tour guide, Mr. Jabil who was very patient and well versed in every bit of Rwanda's historyWritten 19 April 2024
- offiongj20240 contributionsIt was a fantastic vacationI had an incredible experience with our… I had an incredible experience with our tour guide in Kigali. He was not only friendly and easygoing, but he also had a genuine passion for sharing his knowledge about the city. It was amazing how he made sure we knew everything about Kigali, and his enthusiasm was infectious. I highly recommend him if you want a memorable and informative tour. Can't wait to visit again!Written 12 April 2024
- N4502CTjohnm0 contributionsA wonderful experience with a great companyI did a one day private tour to Akagera National Park, Rwanda. The price was very reasonable for a private experience. The pre-trip communication was excellent. Pickup was on time and in a very comfortable, clean vehicle. The guide and driver were very friendly and everything was organised very smoothly including a delicious lunch at midday. We spent six hours in the park and we saw pretty much everything except the lions, but not for lack of trying. The driver did his best to communicate with other drivers to find out where the animals were, and it worked. If I had to pick one negative point it would be that the knowledge of the other animals and habitat in the park ( apart from the Big 5) was a bit lacking. I would have liked to know more details about what species of antelope or birds we were seeing and about the ecology of the park. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company. If you only have 1 day to see all the big-ticket animals, these guys will do their very best to find them for you and you will be very , comfortable and well looked after.Written 30 July 2023
- charlesdW9517IH0 contributionsGreat tour companyDarius and his colleagues were very helpful throughout my time in Rwanda! Since nyiragongo was closed for security reasons I decided to climb Mount Karasimbi instead. Sahihi made sure I had porters and a cook for this strenuous climb. All the food was delicious and plentiful, and all the more amazing because they schlepped it up the side of a volcano for me! Darius was very open and kind and we had a lot of interesting conversations as we drove around Rwanda. All of this cost a surprisingly small amount of money too. So in short, I recommend Sahihi for anything you're doing in Rwanda.Written 8 July 2023
- Mdsf10000 contributionsTchegera island paradise in the chaosSahihi Tours met us at our hotel in Kigali one day before to arrage everything about DRC. On the following day drove us to the border of Rwanda/DRC. The roads in Rwanda are clean, organized, beautiful scenary. Crossing the border was smooth and easy as Darius knew all the burocracy. DRC is not an easy country. We realize imediatly we´re not anymore in an organized country as Rwanda. Our way to the point we catch the boat to Tchegera Island was ok, although we spot sometimes UN troops along the way. Boarding the boat we were scorted by two guards because we´re entering Virunga National Park Zone. Tcheguera Island is a paradise among the caos of Goma city. We loved everything there. The tents are beautiful, confortable, rustic-chic just in the border of the clear water lake. The food was very tasteful and they have even wines. We walked around the whole island that has a verdant vegetation. Unfortunately, because of the clouds we couldn´t spot Niyaragongo volcano. On the other day. on our way back to Rwanda we stoped at Goma Marked where I bought some original fabrics. Darius, the guide, was a very veru attentive and nice guy. Always taking care of our safety and confort. Thank you, Darius.Written 4 April 2023
