We booked in Oct. 23 a 5 days tour [2 adulds and 2 kidsy and 14y] It turned out an amazing adventure. We loved all activities, Our guide, Gilbert made a fantastic job and Señora Heidi has cooked great food. All in all: it was a superior experience and Amazon Tours is a 100% reliable partner.

We booked the 4N5D tour with Amazon Tours, our guide was Golbert. The tour was amazing!! We were a bit apprehensive and nervous about the level of safety with the wild animals. However, Golbert was an excellent tour guide and made sure we felt safe throughout our journey. He was also super excited about the wildlife, which made the tour so much more exciting! Golbert is really knowledgeable about the Amazon rain forest, indigenous communities and wild life. We learnt so much from him. He is also very friendly, approachable and went at our pace. This made us feel really comfortable. He also went out his way to help us with our needs such as going to a shop to get certain items etc and help us sort out our laundry. We would highly recommend booking this tour and requesting Golbert if you are up for a fun, knowledgeable, wild-life tour. He speaks really good English and translated everything for us. Highly recommended bringing lots of mosquito repellent and spraying it over your clothes as well as your skin. Make sure you have everything you need prior the trip as you leave your big backpack at the agency. Bring an adventurous spirit and be prepared for lots of fun in the Amazon!

This is such a well organized and comprehensive tour company! I’m vegan, and the food was excellent! I told them my food restrictions while booking the tour, and they were catered to wonderfully. Each meal was really complete, with plenty of protein. Also, everyone in the company really is an expert and very professional- a great combination of feeling that you’re on a grand adventure while also knowing that the people guiding you are cautious and safe.

Our group was four. My husband , myself and my two adult boys. We did the 4D /3N Amazonas tour and loved it. Gerardo was the best guide and spoke English very well. He was knowledgeable and has a great personality and extremely helpful with our needs. We did kayak , saw monkeys , etc. the fact that one day there was no internet helped our adult sons talk to us. That was a lovely day evening swinging fun Hammocks watching the sunset in the Amazon and enjoy nature. Highly recommend the tour.

Our tour was simply amazing. We did the Amazon extreme and the experience of camping out in the rainforest was incredible. Our whole trip was so well organised from pick up at the airport to the last day. Communication beforehand was exceptional, down to them letting us know a local airline had gone out of business and checking we were OK for flights. We couldn't fault the tour company at all, and our guide Yair really made our trip. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and adapted the trip to our abilities. We felt totally safe with him and Orlando the local guide. Thank you for the trip of a lifetime. Hopefully we'll be back again one day to see more of the Amazon and I'd definitely book with them again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone

My husband and I had an amazing time. Our tour guide Goldberg was very nice and knowledgeable and we felt very safe. There was lots of cools things to see and he did a great job in pointing things out and teaching us names. The food was delicious and we loved all the accommodations. The only thing that did not make it perfect was that I thought the first night at the cabin with the shaman it was an indigenous community where we would get to see lots of people that live together but it was just the shaman. Maybe that was just a miss understanding from the brochures. Would recommend this tour!!

We did the 5D 4N Amazon plan - Amacayacu Park and Communities with a group of 4. We felt the English tour was fantastic. Our private guide Yair was very knowledgeable about the jungle and tailored the tour to us. Couldn't recommend Yair more. We also had a fantastic boatman Gairson and local tour guide Ronaldo. The tour ran really smoothly and was very well organised. It was also the perfect combination of the Amazon jungle and also seeing how locals live within the rainforest itself. It's hard to pick a highlight but we loved the jungle walks, sleeping in hammocks in the Malloca and traditional fishing. Go with an open mind and don't be expecting to see animals around every corner but we did see lots! They also have an excellent response time and will respond to your email or WhatsApp usually within a few hours. Just be aware for vegetarians but particularly pescatarians to specify "only fish, no chicken no beef" as they don't seem to include chicken as a meat! Thanks to Yair for the fantastic experience that we won't forget.

The travel agency led by professionals and people with opened hearts. One of our friend had serious injury during the trip and we never felt insecure with our guides . They provided medical care, extra night in hotel, helped in preparing our onward journey. Also the planned trip was realized in details, as described. We took a four day private trip for our family that included grandmother, parents and four kids 6-11. The trip was very well organized, communication with the office was easy, our guide Golbert spoke decent English and carefully tended to our needs. We saw many animals and beautiful trees and plants. The accommodations were all very clean and the food was tasty and we always had enough water. We certainly had a fantastic Amazon experience and I highly recommend this tour operator. I would do a tour with them at any time.

Are you looking for the real Amazon experience? This is it. We travelled 3 weeks between the Amazon (Brasil, Colômbia and Peru) and Peru and we scheduled a 10 days tour with Amazon tours that was one of the best experiences we had so far. Most of people don't want to spend so much time in the amazon but I really recomend the "Amazon plan borders without limits" where you can enjoy the amazon beauty between 3 countries with a fabulous staff that will take into consideration your needs. Our guide was Gerardo, very experienced guide who speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese (for us was a plus) and has a lot of knowledge about the fauna, flora and cultures from this area. It was a very demanding trip since we were in the low season when the water is lower that usual so the boat cannot go deep into the jungle and take you to walk more miles but that was OK. Very diverse wildlife species around (Monkeys, insects, caimans, dolphins, slaughs, birds), you learn about the cultures, how to fish, how to use the botanic for several uses, really interesting. The best spots we went where Marasha reserve (mandatory)where you can kayak along the lake, see caimans and enjoy the beautiful views of the area, Tanimboca reserve (to sleep in the trees, for canopy tours and for one of the best night walks we had) and Santa Sofia (best experience to feel the amazon very deep in the jungle). I will not say more, I don't want to spoiler!!! Fabio was the comercial who organize the tour for us. He was very very helpful and provide all information we need before and during all tour. Please notice that if you are trying to reach the agency it can take some days to have feedback since the internet connection in Leticia is very poor. Using whatsapp is the best option. Elvis is the owner and also a guide, very nice person that we loved to meet. We couldn't expect better than we had and I will for sure comeback to see more wildlife in high water season (recommended). If you are looking for a good agency with fair prices that is REALLY trustful this is the one!

In September we did the Amazon tour for 3 days/2 nights. We have experienced this tour as great. Our tour guide Golbert and local guide Daniel were incredibly helpful and taught us as much as possible about the Amazon and its treasures and its secrets. The first day we also ran into a hunter from Daniel’s community at our home base. An experience to never forget! We had 3 fantastic days and got to know Daniel and Golbert and the lovely Amazon. We picked this company because of the “Amazon extreme plan” (4D/3N) where we had the opportunity to be more immersed in the jungle. The experience of the night walks, the animals, the rivers, the beauty of the dense jungle was amazing. I must say that our experience was better than expected because of our tour guide, his name is Golbert, a person with great knowledge of the animals, vegetation and good stories of jungle. Golbert along with Daniel (our Ticuna guide ) were great, very caring, I always felt safe with them. I recommend this company but especially, I recommend booking with Golbert.
