Watch for scams! We're going from Terminal 1 to terminal 4 and were almost scammed. Loaded us all in and asked for $50 USD a person (we were 4) after loading us up in a a "taxi" and asked for cash. Was told $10 for the car.

The shuttle service from Cancun Airport to our hotel was fabulous. The driver was there waiting for us, he drove us to our hotel with no problems. The pickup was just as good, they were right on time. Both drivers were very courtis. I would use this shuttle every time I visit Cancun.

Picked up from hotel, quick stop at Valladolid’s Center, Chichen Itza tour of all temples and pyramids, lunch stop, and went swimming in the Cenotr Saamal/Selva Maya! The Chichen Itza was the highlight in the tour with fascinating history and connecting my existing knowledge of Mayan culture. Everything else was relaxing and a joy to see. Very passionate, super awesome! If you like history, you’ll love the tour.

Wonderful taco 🌮 🌮 tour tonight! At every location the taco was delicious! We’re SO FULL, had to bring dessert home! Fun education on the history of ‘the taco’, and all the difference kinds from the many regions of Mexico. Our Driver ~ Alberto, and our Guide ~ Julian, we’re amazing! We felt very safe and were comfortable the whole trip. Highly recommend.

It was fabulous from the airport to Playa. The driver was right where he said he would be. So easy to find. The day before leaving I looked at the site to find out what time we would be picked up the next day. The experience said complete, as in they were not coming. We purchased a round trip, not just one way. When that was straightened out, he was an hour late showing up the next day to pick us up!

The drive was smooth from the airport and the driver was very kind. He was always checking in making sure we were at the correct location.

My partner and I went to playacar for 10 days. I am so glad we decided to do a private transport to and from the Cancun airport. It was safe, easy and Relaxing. It was about an hour drive. Our drivers going to our location and coming back were amazing. You can ask anything and everything. They are there for your safety and comfort. I never once felt uncomfortable. Thank you so much. Can’t wait to visit Mexico again.

Abbi N. is a great guide. He is knowledgeable and very friendly. Like other trips, it is good to understand that peso to dollar conversion rates vary and there are additional fees on top of the initial trip cost. Tulum is amazing and it was good to see it again after 20+ years. Juan More at Cenote Playa Maya had some of the best burgers and tacos our family has ever had. The water was refreshing and ~70-75°F in mid-March.

Guided tour was amazing and our tour guide Marie was very knowledgeable and nice. Felt safe and comfortable driver Jesus did a great job in transportation. Recommend this trip when you in Tulum.

Would love to have my money back we did not get to snorkel and they did not tell us until we got to the excursion Booked it through our hotel through Amstar. Nobody told us that because of our age over 60 we could not snorkel.
