Very experienced tour guide with family history of the property. Lots of beautiful trees and ants. Full moon, too! We saw toads, frogs and spiders

We thoroughly enjoyed our night hike with Alberto, who was not only excellent at finding an incredible diversity of night creatures but also described local natural and cultural history in great depth. Some highlights were fer de lances, cat-eyed snakes, banana spiders, cane toads, and several frog species including the dink frog and red-eyed tree frog. Alberto was careful to not disturb the wildlife and gave us a good overview of Costa Rica’s conservation ethic. A visit to the farm with their planting objectives was very informative too. Definitely our best tour on the Osa Peninsula!

I am 9 years old and I’m from Canada. went on the night tour with my family. I enjoyed it- we saw 2 snakes, a tarantula, a scorpion, an owl, red eyed from and a toad. I have a camera that I brought on the tour and Albert helped me learn how to use it better to take amazing pictures. I would recommend this tour for people who like insects!

Fantastic full day tour! Most importantly, saw a tapir sleeping! And tons of other animals including all 4 kinds of monkeys boa constrictor owl bat etc etc. Jairo was an excellent guide. Our favorite full day in Costa Rica. Well worth how difficult it is to get there! (And it’s very difficult lol!)

Good night tour. We saw a lot, many different frog species incl. 2 glass frogs and a red eyed tree frog, 2 snake species, some birds, loads of invertebrates incl. blue shrimp. Nearly 30 different species alltogether. Guide had a great balance between talking and spotting, did not really sink into overtalking everything like some Tico guides do. Took over 3 hours. Minor negatives: I got boots with a hole in one of them (and they did seem they will use them again). Most of tour is through a river, which is sometimes deeper than the boot height (so the hole was actually an advantage) - I wish someone told be to bring short pants. After the tour, the transfer did not arrive and we had to wait for quite a long time: That did not seem a usual thing, though. These minor nuissances did not diminish the great experience, though.

We loved the night hike with Allan, we saw so many cool animals like spiders, snakes and frogs. Walking along a river under the night sky was magical. Thank you Allan!

That was an amazing experience. Saw at least 10-12 species in 2.5 hours. The guide is comparatively knowledgeable. Both the owner and the guide were clear in their communication. The rate of tour is a fair charge.

We had a great time at Drake Bay and Corcovado. Both Emilio, our host, and Jose, our guide, are super friendly. We learned a lot about the animals and about life in Corcovado in general. We even got a tutorial on how to open a coconut with a rock ☺️ Vista drake lodge is e great place to stay with beautiful views on the bay

Truly an amazing experiencing!! Jose was our guide and his knowledge and experience definitely shined through the entire time. He made things fun but was also super professional. Emilio at the end cooked a complimentary meal for everyone and it was SO GOOD! It’s everything I could’ve hoped for and for the entire experience the money was more than worth it. There is a tree that Jose showed us in the primary forest that you are actually able to climb inside of. A must see. Don’t miss out…

I have a strong feeling of appreciation and love for what have been able to experience on the Night Tour thanks to the amazing local team in Bahía Drake. They truly know the area and the incredibly diverse fauna and flora than can be found around the Eco Farm. Kind, hard working people. If you are into wildlife and adventure, this is your tour.

I did the overnight tour at the Sirena Station in Corcovado NP with the tour guide José. His knowledge of animals and nature is incredible. He’s very passionate and enthusiastic about the animals and gave a lot of information. I saw tapirs, beautiful and colorful birds, all 4 types of monkeys,, coati’s, crocodiles and also bats. Sleeping at Sirena Station is great, they serve delicious food. They even have showers. Its quite humid, so be prepared for a sweaty night😃. I can highly recommend this tour.

A great experience. I hate snakes but I was actually fascinated by all the critters, including the snakes, on this tour. We were all given rubber boots and waded through rivers on our guide’s farm. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting. We saw spiders, beetles, frogs and toads. Highly recommend this tour.

I booked a nighttour with Nativos Corcovado at Drake Bay and it was a great experience. You get rubber boots and a flashlight from the guide and walk for 3 hours through the dark jungle. I saw many different frogs, snakes, insects, nocturnal monkeys and it was an adventurous experience crossing the river in the dark. The guide told me so much about all the animals and the rainforest ecosystem. I definitely recommend this hike for everyone who is interested in animals and ready for an adventure!

Emilio organized a tour for us, a family of five, to La Sirena/ Corcovado. Communication has been very good with always quick responses from Emilio. Our private guide was Jose, who has taken really good care of us and showed us a lot of wildlife, including coati, peccaries, an anteater and a tayra. The highlight of the trip was seeing a puma up close! After the trip, Emilio cooked us a delicious lunch with vegetables and fruit from his own garden. Also, Jose and Emilio were kind enough to chase another guide who had taken a video of the puma to share the video. We received it a week after arriving home. This tour was the highlight of Costa Rica for us!
