So glad we took this tour as parking at the chapel would have been a nightmare. Our driver, Salt, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable

My birthday trip to Sedona was extremely snowy. Our tour was canceled due to the snow our car ended up stuck in a snow bank for 2 hours waiting on the tow truck plus an accident had that part of I-17 closed as well. The tour guide and staff were extremely kind and told me that on their end they’d refund my money due to the weather and said I should call TripAdvisor to have them refund me as well. I was unable to speak to anyone and can’t find anywhere in the app to request my refund since I lost the confirmation and reservation number.

We enjoyed this tour. Salt was a great guide. She was very informative and has a great personality. I would give her a 10 out of 10.

Salt was our trip guide and true to her name; flavored the tour with her rich knowledge of everything from native culture, to animals, plants and even Big foot, lol! She was very sweet and truly catered the tour to our group. The company was awesome to do business with. We were caught up in traffic and they called to make sure we wouldn't miss our tour, helped us find a parking spot and truly went above and beyond! Thank you, Red Rock Magic Trolley!

Salt was an excellent guide. Her delivery was spontaneous & informative. She was a good driver. Well worth the trip. Hard to find the pick up place. Few stores had their numbers in a visible place. Better directions please. Parking was hard to find.

This was a nice addition to our trip, It was nice to get to know the names of the rock formations. Our tour guide, Bruce, was great and very informative.

Our guide Scott was very informative and just a really great guy. He gave us a nice tour around Sedona. The church was my absolute favorite.

Absolutely nothing wrong with our driver, in fact he was very pleasant and friendly. The route was also very nice and the stops were lovely with an apt amount of time to take it all in. 2 stars taken off because of the van itself. There was one a/c unit in the back of it which spits out cold air only to the aisle in between seats and none actually reaches any of the passengers. This leads to the van not feeling luxury (as described) or feeling very relieving after returning to it from the sights. Perhaps the issue doesn’t exist in the earlier time slots in the day, but nonetheless hampered the experience.

We took the Hi-points tour on a small air-conditioned bus. Scott was an amazing guide. We learned so much about the area. Chapel Rock was truly an experience. Would highly recommend.

Cons—Van was not in good shape. On a 80 degree day air conditioner did not work. Microphone was broken so it was hard to hear the tour guide in back of van. Pros—-Sedona views were fabulous. Chapel of the Holy Cross was amazing. And it was so nice to be dropped off right at the ramp. My husband and I were glad neither one of us had to drive the hills.

Amazing views and our tour guide was great! We visited Chapel of the Holy Cross, Bell Rock, saw great views of Cathedral Rock and Airport Mesa!

Had a great time. 2 hours was just enough time and the three places we went to were perfect! Tom was fantastic! Highly recommend this tour. Affordable and relaxing ☺️

Our tour guide Brewster was fantastic . A tour well worth the money . It gives you a taste of all of the high points . He was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor . He answered all of our questions . We saw beautiful parts of Sedona and the rock structures . My favorites were the chapel and Snoopy .

The tour was cancelled and I was not notified. The staff at the check in location were able to reimburse my credit card on their own initiative. Thanks to them. I booked a different tour later in the day.

The views were amazing even though it was rainy day and the clouds were low at times. Our guide, who attended the Woodstock festival in 1969, was very interesting. The van was perfect with large windows and provided heat to combat the chilly weather.
