- Claire H0 contributionsGable Island - stunning memoriesFabulous private tour to Harberton Ranch and Gable Island. Exceptional, knowledgable guides who did everything possible to make the trip a truly memorable experience. Gable Islamd is stunningly beautiful offering walks through tranquil forest, stony beaches and high view points. Two days filled with great memoriesWritten 20 March 2025
- adishav20190 contributionsGreat Half-Day TourI had a wonderful time on the half-day Tierra del Fuego adventure - it was a perfect amount of time to see the park along with a wonderful lunch. We did some walking, which was easy and doable for all ages.Written 7 March 2025
- HelenChenTX0 contributionsGreat ViewsGood views although the guide really rushed us through. Did provide good information. Bottled water was not provided as indicated so be sure to bring some. The hikes were mild to moderate because of all the rocks and mud. We were thirsty from the trek and didn't get liquids till lunch which was about 4 hours from the start of our journey.Written 28 January 2025
- prutchi0 contributionsFun day with an excellent guideTimely pickup from our hotel. Very nice hike through coastal trail at the Tierra del Fuego National Park. Hike was around 3.5 hours long. The vast majority is very light. The final segment is uphill with moderate difficulty. Hike was followed by delicious lunch in the company’s dome. After lunch we went rafting from the lake, down the river, and into Pataia Bay. Our guide Facundo had excellent English and made the excursion a lot of fun. Recommended!Written 12 November 2024

- C1ndy20140 contributionsA great way to sample the park!We found this to be an excellent way to see a sampler of the park. Our guide, Marcello, was excellent as was our driver and the Cook. We enjoyed each stop and felt well educated. Lunch was very enjoyable.Written 25 March 2024
- GrandTour097647060660 contributionsBeautiful day in Tierra del Fuego park!Wonderful day tour of Tierra del Fuego park! Beautiful sights in the trek and canoe. Daniel was a fantastic guide, very informative and knowledgeable. The canoe portion was also excellent, with great guidance from Olmo and Mauri. I highly recommend this excursion!Written 29 February 2024
- GlobetrottingSwede0 contributionsNot worth itNote: this is a review for a similar trip organized by Canal. This excursion consists of: - 3 hours in a car - 2 hours lunch next to a windy lake - 3 hours in a car In other words, not much to see or learn, since the Canal driver didn’t have any information that we hadn’t heard several times before… To make things worse, Canal crammed 6 adults in the car. This was uncomfortable and especially unpleasant on the bumpy trails in the woods.Written 1 February 2024
- Lsmitas0 contributionsTierra del FuegoOur guide Santi was awesome. Very knowledgeable, spoke English well and was very interesting to listen to. He had answers to all our guestions and was absolutely faboulos as a guide. We highly recommend company and Santi specificallyWritten 18 January 2024
- GenevaJenn0 contributionsFantastic day! Phenomenal guides! What a fantastic day I had on this excursion! Everything was well-organized. The equipment was in great shape and the guides took care of every logistic. After a wonderful paddle through a lake and a portion of the Beagle Canal, we had a short hike to see the most beautiful scenery of the area. Our small tour bus next went to the post office where we could get a vanity passport stamp and mail postcards. To top it off, we had a beautiful picnic in the area. The food was very good and the bottles of Argentina wine really hit the spot. All in all, it was one of the most perfect excursions I have participated in. Special thank you to Santiago and Cato for making this a wonderful day!Written 15 January 2024
- soccergirl090 contributionsFun Full Day Filled with Variety of Experiences.Lots of fun. You're a little limited on the intensity of the hike based upon the capabilities of your fellow trekkers. Ages in our group ranged from 20s to 60s. No one was left behind. And the views still made the hike worthwhile. The lunch was quite good and having a few glasses of wine after the hike was a nice reward. The highlight of the day was rafting the Beagle Channel. It actually started raining during our paddling and didn't slow us down. Saw some seals in the water with us while we were out there too. They did a good job of matching up physical capabilities so everyone was able to participate without worrying about carrying too much of the burden. Pick up a the hotel was on time and they even called the hotel the night before to reconfirm. Booking directly through Canal via whatsapp was easy and cheaper.Written 10 December 2023
- angelae6570 contributionsA great day outAn excellent, well organised day out. Sonia was a great guide, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The canoeing was also well organised by Maori and the views around the lake were superb. Lunch in the dome was enjoyable and the days activities helped us to socialise as a group.Written 6 November 2023
- 189johanna0 contributionsGreat drive, beautiful views, excellent food but a little crampedThis was a great day out along an interesting and beautiful route in a 4x4 vehicle. The driver/guide was knowledgeable and informative and went out of his way to be pleasant and helpful. The lunch stop was a pleasant surprise - great food and wine on the house - a cabin in the woods! We enjoyed the whole day immensely. The only slight downside was that the car was cramped with six passengers, especially when we hit the rough roads. For the price, I’d say you should not have anyone in the middle of a rather narrow back seat. It would be virtually impossible for even slightly bulky people, which none of us were.Written 11 March 2023
- Dana T0 contributionsTaking in Tierra del Fuego National Park on land and seaWe had a wonderful time canoeing and hiking at Tierra del Fuego National Park! Neither the hike nor the canoeing was very difficult, so it was nice to be able to take in all the scenery! The guides made getting to and around the park seamless, and a nice hot lunch in the middle was a pleasant treat! Would highly recommend!Written 5 March 2023
- Lucasito1230 contributionsExcellent excursionExcellent experience. The guide, Franco, was very friendly and with great knowledge of the area, also very expert in driving the 4X4 truck through the uncovered area. The excursion includes lunch and Patagonian wine, which were provided inside a cabin located in a wooded area. It really was a great experience, and the guide put his humor and joy into this excursion. Beautiful Lakes Escondido y FanganoWritten 19 January 2023

We booked this tour with my wife. It was a great experience. The guides were very informative and knowledgable. The organization was really good and the guides managed to establish a great connection amongst all of us in the group making it feel like we were all one. The visit to the penguins is really as long as it should be. You do not need more time nor to walk among them in order to enjoy them. Some of the places we visited were really astonishing in terms of natural beauty. Highly recommended!!

It was a great tour. Tamara provided fantastic commentary, views and lunch were beautiful, while canoeing and trekking not strenuous. Together with amazing fellow travellers it was an extremely memorable trip. Highly recommend!

We initially did this tour because there was no availability to walk amongst the penguins. In the end I think this was actually the better tour though - A variety of fun different things and you still pulled up on the beach where the penguins were (you just stayed on the boat but could lean over the side for great photos). Lunch was fantastic - The vegetarian pie was absolutely amazing. The island walk was also great and we learnt lots about the history of the channel. By doing this tour I actually felt like I got a good overview of the beagle channel, and could’ve skipped the boat tour we did the following day with a different company (since other than the sealions you see basically the same stuff..). Staff were really knowledgeable and friendly too!

This was as described as all other reviews. If you only have a day, do this tour. The tour Guide Valetine was so great. He was very kind and very knowledgeble. The penguins were so cute. And really you don't need to walk on the island. They are all really close and you can get great photos. So glad I trusted the reviews and signed up to the tour.

This was a terrific trip from start to finish. Pickup was timely, the guides were friendly, informative and helpful and lunch was excellent (and enormous!) The paddling was not too demanding and we were fortunate to have decent weather and to see a great deal of wildlife.
Truly a first rate outfit.

This day trip was super fun for our family with 3 teens (even though it rained the whole day and we leaned our jackets were water-resistant not water-proof). They picked us up from the hotel in a van, then picked up other guests from their hotels. We had a choice of canoe or not (inflatable rafts with canoe paddles). It was nice to see the landscape from the water and Mauricio was full of information about the area (and a sense of humor about the weather). Pato served a delicious warm lunch in the middle. And we saw penguins (the few who hadn’t migrated to warmer waters), a sea lion, other sea birds.

I traveled all Argentina in this trip and by far, this tour was the best.
All the details were taken care to the dot and organizers were very friendly and helpful.
Anna is the best guide you can find in Ushuaia , thanks to her local knowledge and her multiple language speaking abilities, the whole group enjoyed this tour.

Alberto.
