Not to be missed. Stunning beauty of Upsala, Spegazzini, Seco glaciers and icebergs like floating sculptures. Well organised although highly popular catamaran round trip - we went on Quo Vadis - with a comfortable stop at Spegazzini Shelter for some lunch whilst admiring the glacier. A Patagonia highlight for sure😁

          Magnificent tour
This trip is one that I will never forget. Navigating on this beautiful day was an extraordinary experience . The boat wasn't full so it was easy to walk around. We stopped near Upsala but couldn't get too near because of the icebergs. Even though we couldn't get near it was anyhow fascinating but what made the tour was the Perito Moreno, we saw it from the boat but we also got off and walked around for a couple of hours. I even managed to see a lump of ice falling into the lake. Navigating was a wonderful experience.

Very professional. The view from El Balcón and other stops was incredible, and we went on a cloudy day, I imagine it is even more amazing on a clear day. You pass through at least 2 climate zones and see how the plants differ. In a short distance, you see varied types of sedimentary rocks and have an opportunity to walk among them. An excellent contrast to the glacier tour we did the previous day. The pictures in tripadvisor provided an accurate, if limited preview. We asked for an English speaking guide. They promptly informed us one was not available for our booked time and offered another. We understand a little Spanish so we decided to go ahead. Our guide Rodolfo spoke slowly and watched for our understanding. He also had several reference pictures ( maps, animals, plants) to help communicate. He was patient with our limited spanish vocabulary. We had a great time!

The calafate balconies were spectacular, I went to the highest one, a very nice panoramic view of the city, I went with the extreme Patagonian company, I recommend that company.
If you come to Calafate, do it, you won't regret it.
