Excellent tour and guide
My wife and I took this Jewish tour of Buenos Aires with Ilan and his driver. Our guide was very personable, thorough and knowledgeable - we were very pleased. There is a deep Jewish history in Buenos Aires. This tour provides an excellent window into the past and present day Jewish experience in this remarkable city. We were delighted with the mix of driving and walking. When we asked for a short coffee break, Ilan took us to a storied restaurant/cafe sharing his personal connections with the locale. Highly recommended.

Best guide and service you can find in BA!
I came to BA with high school teenage students. Maximo organized a fabulous day with a professional guide to tour the city. Also, we saw a Tango show that he recommended and loved it! It was a pleasure discussing with him on the phone how to create the best experience for my group. Everything was precisely as we planned, and he was super nice and kind. Truly highly recommended!

Lovely day in Colonia
We were picked up to go to Colonia de Sacramento. Our driver arrived on time at our hotel and took us to the ferry for our journey to Colonia de Sacramento, telling us he would be at a certain place outside the ferry terminal on our return. On arrival in Colonia we were met by our tour guide Karin who knew so much about Uruguay, the history and Colonia. Taking us all around the old cobblestone street for a couple of hours. Thank you Karin for the time you showed us around your beautiful city. We had another four hours of free time then it was back to the ferry. Arriving back into Buenos Aires we were greeted by our driver, and took us back to our hotel. Our day was stress free and we had such a lovely day in Colonia.

Amazing tour of Jewish BA
The tour which focused on the Jewish sites was fabulous. Our tour guide, Gabriel, met us promptly at our hotel and after a brief introduction to our driver we were off on an incredible afternoon visiting the Jewish sites which he felt would give us an overview of the history and culture in BA. We would highly recommend this tour to those interested in the history of the Jews in Argentina.

Great Tour
Great private tour and history lesson for our party of 5. Our guide, Ilan was very knowledgeable and personable. He also catered the tour to our needs. The van/bus was beautiful with a very nice driver, and way too big for our group. In BA there are no SUV’s so there’s no real in between choice. This was the perfect way for us to get an intro to BA and our surroundings.

Essential Buenos Aires
You must see a tango show when in this city. This show was extremely professional and we were SO impressed with the dancers, the gaucho, and the musicians. The club itself is old world, and very cool to visit. As for the meal - it is good enough. Amazing empanadas, and the entree was acceptable. Besides, food is not why you come here. The only thing we would say, is skip the transportation. We were picked up at 7:20 and delivered to the club at 8:20. A taxi ride would have taken 10-15 minutes from our hotel for only a few dollars. We took a cab home. It was late and a return bus ride, being last to be dropped off, did not appeal to us.

Great day in BA
Had a very nice (private) 1/2 day (4 hours) tour of the city with Joe. He & the driver promptly picked us up at 830am from our hotel in a big van which accommodated all our luggage as we were dropped off at the Cruise ship terminal when we finished. We were 5 in all including 1 senior and 1 child. Joe was awesome! Friendly, informative and clearly loves his beautiful city which we enjoyed immensely! Saw all the major sites and areas. Would recommend the 1/2 day.

Private tour of Buenos Airez
We had a delightful 4 hour tour with Gabriel, a young history Professor as our guide and Victor as our very capable driver. We were able to visit the highlights of Buenos Aires while learning so much about the history, architecture, culture and people. Although costly, this tour was definitely worth the expense. We highly recommend this tour as a comprehensive overview of this capital city.

Great tour with our private guide Joe
We had an excellent day touring Buenos Aires with our private guide Joe (Jose Malara) and driver Ricardo. By the end of the tour we had been through every major sector of BA, starting with Plaza de Mayo and finishing with the Cemeterio de la Recoleta. Joe has profound knowledge of his city which he shares with enthusiasm and charm.

Interesting and enjoyable introduction to Buenos Aires
We had 2 days of touring with Ilan who not only was a charming guide but also most knowledgeable and informative. Having a separate driver was also fantastic as otherwise it would have been impossible to do everything. All the items that we requested to see had been put into the itinerary and we had a most enjoyable couple of days. Anne & David Silverman

Good tour guide - too expensive
I thought the tour guide was great! But the trip was too expensive. Will Avoid Viator tours - clearly a huge markup. Had a pleasant time. Would go again, but without the intermediator

Best Jewish tour of Buenos Aires!
Today my daughter and I lucked out with an amazing tour of Jewish Buenos Aires. We had an excellent tour guide named Ilan who brought this tour to life. His knowledge on this topic was more than thorough. We were picked up by Ilan and his driver Vincente at our hotel in Recoleta and we drive to the quarter known as Once ( Eleven). We started out -outside the only Yiddish theater that remains in B.A. We walked along the streets of Once to look at Jewish stores, restaurants and other businesses. We really got a feel for the neighborhood. We went to the Great Temple of Paso; Libertad Synagogue and the Jewish Museum; and the monument to the victims of the AMIA terrorist attack. Each place was so fascinating and Ilan was able to answer the many questions we had. I give this tour and Ilan an A + in every respect. In addition, Ilan arrived punctually at our hotel and delivered the kind of tour that you would like all your tours to be like! I highly recommend this company -and try to request Ilan!

Guided city tour of Buenos Aires
Despite of demonstrations causing traffic problems in city centre, we had an interesting tour for five hours, giving us a good overview of the city.
